Constraction reviews in Spring, Texas

We had a great experience getting our work done by this company. Khalid is very reliable and perfectionist when it comes to any kind of work. We got our floor tiled, chandeliers installed, tv mounted and other repairs done by him. He is v reasonable, honest and experienced. I luv all his work and highly recommend him for any kind of job. Can’t wait to get more work done by him. I highly appreciate his hard work and the way he made my house beautiful in short time!!

What can we say about Kal? That he's highly professional, courteous, and honest. His motto is the job is not over untill the customer is completely satisfied.
Kal did a great job outlining and managing our costs. And we got the exact results we were hoping for.
Even on smaller remodeling jobs there are a number of surprises and twists, but Kal always took the time to explain our options, and if necessary, held any extra work to a reasonable cost.
Couldn't be more happy with our bathroom remodel work - and thank you Kal for your patience and efforts.

The owner of the company , Kal is very honest with high integrity and his crew is trustworthy. I was impressed by the quality of the work and the attention to detail. Kal and his crew took the initiative to fix several issues around the home that were not part of the contract. I recommend him, his crew, and the company for the quality work and value of the results. We expanded our bathroom so that my special needs grandson could have easy access and remodeled so that he can reach the key areas from a wheelchair.

In addition, Kal made sure that everything worked and even responded to our call late in the evening to ensure everything was working.

Most importantly, Kal can be trusted to work inside your home as his respect and integrity were always present. I would do business with him in a heartbeat.

Kal and his crew were amazing to work with. We completed a full bathroom remodel, flooring install, painted the house, and added an outdoor firepit kitchen area. Kal went above and beyond to ensure that our dream project came to life. We will be using him and his crew for future projects as well! Highly recommend!

Kal and his team did a fantastic job painting our home’s kitchen cabinets and walls. Kal was very responsive and involved from the beginning, and offered priceless advise and expertise. During the project he checked up at least once per day to verify quality and ensuring it was done right. Aside from that he’s a great person and we will most certainly work with him in the future on other projects. Thank you Kal!

We needed foundation repair and renovations of our 27 year old home. When searching and reading reviews I found Capital K Contractors. They responded to my request promptly. They were out the next to estimate the cost for both projects. Reasonably price but the service is beyond excellence. The crew is hard working and friendly. Kal is a perfectionist with and eye for aesthetics. We are looking forward to more remodeling with them soon. Highly recommend this company for both foundation repairs and remodeling.

Capital K Contractors recently completed a remodeling job for me which include the the removal and replacement of 4 bathroom counter tops, sink installations, plumbing, drywall prep, painting and 4 large mirror replacements. The work was done in a timely manner and frankly the work exceeded my expectations. I received quotes from several contractors prior to deciding on Capital K. The quote was fair, and very competitive. I found Kal, the owner, to be the easiest of the contractors to get additional information from during the bid process. Once the job was awarded, the process from start to finish moved very quickly. I am extremely happy with the work that was done and plan to use Capital K for any additional jobs that I may have. I highly recommend Capital K Contractors.

I love their work! Kal was very professional and great! I will use them over and over again. They did an excellent job with my bathroom and master bedroom. They were on time, and on budget. I’ll recommend them to everybody.

Kal is a genuinely nice man that does a thorough job. He is helpful and bright at what he does. He listens and offers his expertise. He has helped us get started on some projects and given some solid advice based on his years of experience and accumulated knowledge. We recommend him and will continue to use him with our remodeling projects. We also need to mention Romeo that helps Kal, another hard working individual that just does a great and thorough job.

Capital K did an excellent job on my restoration and remodel from an insurance claim. He was always prompt and on schedule. Kal, his team, and their work were the lone bright spot in this difficult time. His work was outstanding and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone and have already to family members doing a remodel. If I ever have any more work done in my house I won’t even bid it out, I know I’m going with Capital K again. His prices were also very competitive and clear from the start.

These Guys are Great!!! It has now been 2 weeks since the work was done (Like to wait a bit before writing a review, to make sure nothing 'comes up'. Nothing 'came up' this time, we are still 110% satisfied with the entire experience with Kal's team). We initially met because they were doing a lot of work on my neighbors house and I ran into Brandon while checking the mail, and ended inquired on my walkway and roof damage. We had a 40+ year old large oak tree with a wide root base, uproot. In the process, it lifted my walkway up right through the center, a good 10 foot chunk of a 30+ ft walkway, and tore it up completely. We had already had the tree hauled away, but still had a torn up sprinkler system, as well as a torn up yard that needed to be leveled and mound of dirt hauled away where the tree used to be. The same storm that knocked the tree over tore off the shingles on one of the hips of my roof. The entire team were great, Friendly, professional, INVOLVED (I say this as they were all involved throughout the project, including Kal himself), Not pushy or "Slimy" like some can be, and overall a team I would feel comfortable calling again for any project (I have several coming up and I will inquire with Capital K First for all of them). They ended up completely replacing the walkway and did a great job. It looked much better than the original single piece, and is easier to maintain and/or replace (only a section needs to be replaced if it is damaged). They also did a great job on fixing the sprinkler system and used high quality pieces, and took the time to make sure it was exactly what my wife wanted, regarding coverage (They were communicative, but never intrusive, always texting to make sure I was available, before coming to the door. This was great for me as I have a hybrid work environment and am often in teleconference, so I was never interrupted, but always informed.)
They even went above and beyond, locating a shingle that was as close to the look of my current ones. They had even decided against one set of shingles after installing almost the complete section, Because it wasn't close enough (even though my wife felt it was ok, which is saying something ;), the PM said it wasn't up to snuff, and had them go out and get another set that was almost identical, I wouldn't have noticed it wasn't had I not been looking for it, and once it fades it will be almost undistinguisable.

They took the time throughout to check work, and redo work. Small things that matter, and make the difference between an ok job and a great job (and make you come back).

Another example is after they finished up and the team had packed up everything, the PM noticed a piece of shingle left on the roof near the hip they had worked on. He had the guys take the ladder down from the truck, and get back on the roof and clean that section all off. I noticed the entire exchange was handled professionally. It was conveyed respectively from the PM, and the gentlemen performing the work appeared happy (at least in presentation :) ) to take care of it without any sense of being 'put out' by doing it. IE it appeared everyone cared about the work being done, from start to finish.

I will definitely call Brandon again for any house related work I have, from flooring, to finishing my garage, to remodeling my kitchen. As long as they maintain the level of customer service they provided this time, and attention to the small things that matter (as well as the big things :) ) and keep the quality high, I'll keep coming back when I have something I need done. I won't Hesitate to Recommend Kal and his team at Capital K Contractors to any of my friends and family.

I know this review sounds like some high praise, but it is difficult to find someone who does good work that you can trust and rely on, and is professional, and friendly, so when I find someone that excels in all 3 of these points, I will take the time to write a review, and recommend/share them.

We used Capital K for a new mudroom to our house. My first experience with them was positive and professional. I had the date of our original walkthrough/estimate incorrect. When I thought they were to arrive at a certain date, I called the company. Instead of just informing me of my misscheduling, they came out anyways to just do the estimate. Even though I messed up and tried telling them we can keep the date at the original time/date, Kal, the owner, came out personally anyways. Out of the multiple estimates I was given, his seemed to be the most appropriate. He came with a wealth of experience and references. As soon as the estimate was approved, they scheduled to get the project done quickly. I worked, predominantly with Silvano. He called me literally every day to make sure I was aware of project updates, when supplies were available, what was left with the project. He never had me feeling like they went MIA. He would call unprompted to make sure we were in the loop with everything. The crew that came out to our house was professional and timely. The work done was of high quality. They added great cabinetry work, soft closes, shiplapping, great paint with texture (that was redone after Silvano thought the work wasn't perfect enough). I cannot recommend this company more highly. We were attended to and had a great working relationship. They were honest and provided quick high quality work. I look forward to working with them again for any projects that may come up.

In the last year, Captial K did a great job on redesigning and installing a shower for my elderly parents. So, when we needed to replace our outdated entertainment center, we called them. They interjected some great ideas (wish we would have listened to more of them). Overall, we were very satisfied. Reasonably priced, punctual, and attentive to detail. Will use them on our future projects.

An amazing company. Kal and Brandon are both in the business to serve others. My experience was that they are honest and go above and beyond for their customers. They want to do a good job, and they care about their customers personally. I would recommend to my family and friends above any other company!

I had a great experience working with Capital K Contractors to remodel my kitchen. Kal and his team were very professional, responsive, and did an excellent job. I am extremely happy with the results and would highly recommend them for any home remodeling project.

If you are looking for a contractor who is reliable, honest, hard working, and has your best interest in mind, Capital K Contractor s is the one who fits all of the above. They remodeled our bathroom that needed to be adjusted for my husband who has mobility issues.
Kal was very good with keeping all our needs in mind for the project. Him and Romeo were awesome to work with. They pay close attention to every detail in completion of the project. You can't go wrong with this choice. So happy we chose them.

Capital K Contractors did an amazing job on our bathroom remodel! We had a complete gut and they made the process so easy. Kal was very professional and made sure everything was perfect. Romeo was amazing and did all of the hard work. We are so happy with our new bathroom and will definitely use them again in the future!

Capital K helped me through the process of a tricky remodel.
Kal helped us understand our options and make decisions my family has
been happy with. Silvano was a great project manager, he always had
answers for my questions and solutions for my problems. Project was within budget. I would definitely hire them again.

After interviewing several contractors, we chose to hire Kal and his team to address significant structural damage, poor design decisions, and substandard tile work left behind by a previous contractor.

From the outset, Kal and his crew approached the project with professionalism and care. They conducted a thorough review of all the issues and developed a thoughtful, comprehensive plan to correct them—especially the structural concerns.

Throughout the construction phase, Kal and his foreman were consistently on-site, ensuring that everything was being done correctly and on schedule. Their attention to detail was truly unmatched.

Working with Kal and his team was a completely positive experience. Their integrity, craftsmanship, and commitment to quality renewed my faith that there are still professionals who take pride in their work and honor their word.

Following Hurricane Beryl we had significant damage to our garage and house. Finding a contractor was a nightmare which was coupled with insurance issues. I found Capital K Construction by a Google search. They had a consistent rating of 5 and have BBB. Kal came out the following day, quickly assessed the problems and came up with a plan. He would give us different options taking into consideration our preferences. Because of insurance issues the work was delayed. Kal kept up with that whole process and we were finally able to proceed. The work was completed without delays and done right. If there modification was needed it was done until it was perfect. We had a few extra things done in our house and couldn’t be happier with results . We referred neighbors for work and their’s looked great.
Kal frequently checked on the work and is a rarity amongst contractors. He has a great deal of integrity and genuinely cares about the job. Thank you for everything , Kal

Recently remodeled my entire home. Kal has great business ethics and a good eye for high quality work. I plan to use him to build my 8 unit apartment complex.
