The installer was there when he said he was going to be. He was quick to install our over the range microwave/vent hood. Cleaned up his mess. Offered to take away the box. I would definitely recommend him for future installations. Great job!!

We had a great experience! We were dealing with a new dishwasher. When he first showed up to install our dishwasher we encountered an issue, it was easy to reschedule at my convenience. Despite some difficulties, he took care of the installation quickly and did a great job. We are very happy with the service we received and our technician was nice and professional. Hopefully we don't need their service again but know who we can call.

Amazing experience with Texas Home Pros. They helped me hook up a washer and dryer. They unhooked it from one residence and brought it to another. Really professional all the way through. Very courteous. Kept me informed of my appointment time and ETA. Not only did they have all the tools necessary to finish the job, they fixed a problem with the dryer’s electric wire once we got to the final destination. These guys are really professional and they’re all about getting the job done right. I would highly recommend them.

Texas Home Pros were assigned by a contractor working for Costco to do the final installation on two appliances we ordered. The man who came was friendly, knowledgeable, cheerful, and took his time to do the work right. Part of the job required modifying an opening in our existing cabinets and he spent the extra time to make careful straight cuts and cleaned up when he was done. I'm confident you could hire him to do any work around your home that's required and he would take the time to do the job right, no matter what is required. Thanks again!

Chris was the most thorough installer I have ever encountered. To start he called ahead and let me know when to expect him. Once he arrived he performed the install perfectly and professionally. Then once that was finished he went over everything he had done and went over ALL the features of my new Bosch dishwasher. I hope if I purchase another appliance from Costco that Chris is the one to install it.

We had a microwave range we ordered from Costco installed by Chris with Texas Home Pros. He was on time and did a great job on the install. He made sure everything was level and installed properly. He also made sure the microwave was working correctly before leaving. He also took the time to explain how the microwave works. He was also respectful of our property. He went above and beyond and we appreciate how friendly and hard working he is!

Will with Texas Home Pros install the Double Wall Oven for us. Will is extremely professional with his work. Before the installation, Will informed us his arrival time, and reminded us to check the oven condition when it was delivered. After the installation is completed, Will checked everything to make sure the oven is working before leaving. We had a very pleasant experience with Will.

Horrible. Horrible. Horrible. My unit no longer close correctly. There is an exposed NAIL just randomly sticking up through the cabinet. The unit is put in crooked. The exhaust panels are not even. These are relatively small compared to THE BIGGEST ISSUE-IT DOES NOT WORK. That's right, after jacking up my cabinets, the thing did not even come on. The technician had the nerve to call this finished. I can't even tell you what a production it was just to get to the point of setting up an installation date. And now THIS is what we get!! Enough said. Never again will I PAY Lowe's to do a darn thing for our home. Never. Again.

Communication was top notch from the scheduling to the call ahead of arrival. Installer was very professional and friendly. Definitely recommend.

order from Costco, 11/29, show will deliver at 12/1. But 12/1 not one call or text. I have been try to call them the mail box was full.
End up I have to cancel the order! Because costco reply will be 12/11.
