Alex was wonderful! Not only did he call to make sure he could arrive early for our installation but he was also very efficient and professional. Very knowledgeable, as well communication throughout. He installed our new dishwasher (which we purchased through Costco) with precision and ease. Also took the time to engage with our very curious 4 year old. 10 out of 10 would recommend and use again!

Texas Home Pros were the installer for a Bosch dishwasher from Costco. The man (I forget his name) showed up on time, quickly removed the old one and installed the new one. It works as expected, no leaks, not much else to say. I would use them again.

Extremely dissatisfied not even one star. The technician arrived early and left within minutes, claiming the shut-off valve didn’t work. I checked it myself — it works perfectly — and even a plumber confirmed it. Now I’m stuck with a non-working dishwasher and the new one sitting in the middle of my living room with no idea when installation will happen. What a mess.

I bought this dishwasher through Costco, at a very reasonable price, but what really surprised me was the delivery and installation service. The technician Chris called me in advance, removed and hauled away the old dishwasher, installed the new one, tested it, explained me the operation of the new dishwasher and cleaned the area, all in less than an hour. This was a nice complement to the already great purchase through Costco.

Texas Home Pros did the installation of my dishwasher (Costco order). I received a text/email and phone call the day before re the time frame and to confirm details. Next day I received phone call from our technician Will who gave me delivery estimation to narrow the expectation time. He also called me when the previous service was over and gave me ETA to my house. He checked connections before bringing in the machine and then installed the dishwasher carefully and quickly. Will explained the proper connection and troubleshooting. The entire installation process was smooth, on time and easy in communication. I’m very glad with Texas Home Pros service. Will was the tech that came out to fix the leak after our dishwasher was installed and he was amazing. Both my mom and I remarked after he left how nice and sweet he was. My mom asked me if we get a survey or review because she wanted to make sure it was noted how great he was. It was so refreshing to have such a positive and upbeat tech come out. I hope we don't have anymore dishwasher issues, but if we do, I will request Will every time.

The gentleman that came out to install the gas range, gas dryer, and dishwasher was very professional and completed everything in a timely manner, 5 star. However there were issues with the company that Lowe's uses as to confusion on where the appliances were despite responding to the text prompts and incorrect information being conveyed from purchase date to install date. I do not think it would be fair to give the installation less than 5 stars because everything went smoothly the day of, but there were definitely issues prior to. The only complaint I have with the appliances is that after running the dishwasher, there is an excess amount of water in the basin.

Will was super nice and professional! He knew what he was doing, and the installation wasn’t long at all. He was also great at calling beforehand to let us know when he’ll be coming, which I really appreciate because not a lot of people call Twice prior to coming out just so we would know his ETA.
