Work was completed per requirements and when extra work was requested they complied as requested with acceptable pre-conditions. The important part is that the tasks were well defined and quoted before work began.

this was the most incompetent company I have ever dealt with. I hired them to install a chandelier on a 25' ceiling. they came with a 17' ladder, charged me by the hour taking 5 hours to correct their mistake and incompetence, damaged walls and the chandelier. I should've sued them. I have pictures of the entire epidsode. They also got the ladder hung up in my power lines when leaving.

Process was smooth throughout. Marco was a experienced, knowledgeable electrician and got me back online in timely manner! Will do business again with this company!

Trim electric installed a Tesla charger for us. The were on time, neat and professional. I would definitely use them again.

We were charged double for their failure to receive instructions from their dispatcher and arrived without the proper equipment to do the job. We were charged an hour for that non-productive visit of about 20 minutes and then the hour when they returned several days later to do the job. the job was performed satisfactorily, but at an inflated price. I feel we were scammed.

We had Trim come out for a quote. The gentlemen that came was questioning and judgemental to the work that had already been completed. We had installed the recessed lighting and HDMI cables but needed the electrical ran. In the end we did not hire them because of the rude comments he made while at our home. So much for service.

I cannot express more gratitude for finding such a great group of people to call when I need electrical repairs. From dealing with Jesse and Jennifer in the office to the electricians like Ruben and Domingo, you will be impressed with the skill and great attitude. I have had Trim Electric to my house and my rental property on four occasions now. Every single time, they arrive on time, do the work well and charge a fair price with no surprises. I recently had a major job due to a tree falling on my electrical line. I had to replace my electrical service and it was expensive. When I asked for assistance in understanding the cost and the responsibility of Centerpoint, the owner came to my house to help determine the best approach to the repair. So as a result, I was able to lower my cost because with his help and expertise, we were able to push Centerpoint to repair the part of the line that was Centerpoint's responsibility. Overall, I highly recommend Trim Electric. Thank you all for your great service.

Trim Electric became our electrician in 1986. They performed the wiring in a large addition to our home. Also at that time, Trim performed remediation of our aluminum wiring in the main house. They did a first class job. We have been through various modifications of our house, additional lighting, replacement of breaker boxes, etc. Trim has consistently done excellent work at a fair price. We are most satisfied.

Our HOA contracted Trim Electric to install new service, outlets and sign lighting for the entrance to our neighborhood. These guys finished in one day and worked really hard to get the project completed. Communication was excellent and they performed all the tasks outlined in our contract. We'll be using them again.

Trim did a great job installing a Tesla wall charger. They provided an accuracte and reasonable quote via email. The electricians arrived at the scheduled time, worked efficiently, and were friendly and knowledgeable.

We called Trim Electric to hang several ceiling fans and chandeliers. The crew was on time, worked efficiently, and did a great job. We also had a few changes and add-ons during the process and they were very accommodating and got it all done. Highly recommended.

I have hired Trim Electric for multiple services, including installing a Tesla charger, replacing celing fans and moving a chandelier. They were fast, efficient and very well priced. The electricians are very knowledgeable and did a great job.

Had company come install a charger for a Tesla. Guy was in a hurry and knocked a hole in the wall before confirming there was nothing in the way from him using that area. Ended up costing me 425$ for someone to come out after and repair the damage to the sheetrock.

Company came out to install a surge Protector and blew out the mother board on my split unit in my garage. They say it’s wasn’t there fault as it has power . But it worked before they started and now it doesn’t. Owner was supposed to contact me and nothing . Who does work like this and doesn’t reach out to their clients. They were working with Action Generator to get a home system . We rescue dogs and I was using the garage for the dogs and now I cannot do that , now I have to send them to a boarding facility and that is $20 a day . I had 10 dogs in my garage. Do The math , the part is on a 7 week back order .

Hired them to install an at home Tesla charger, and they were able to come out same week. Unfortunately they installed the device directly to the framework in my garage, preventing me from hanging Sheetrock. I called to ask if they could come adjust it and was told they are unable come back for TWO MONTHS. Definitely do not recommend.
