Kal did a “fan”tastic job installing 4 ceiling fans for us. Each one was different-each one had a whole different way to be set up and none was particularly easy (from my perspective). But Kal is truly a professional and got everything done exactly right. His price was fair; he is very personable and i would definitely hire him for other jobs we have. Thank you! A++ :)

Kal was great. He did a small demolition of an upstairs area for us and put in a new desk. Although I think this project was smaller than what he normally does, he approached it with professionalism and the finished product was exactly what we were envisioning. Kal was amazing!! He rebuilt my entire kitchen and living room floor. From the initial estimate to having the work completed, this was by far the best experience ive had with a contractor. Kal was very punctual everyday and extremely attentive to details. The whole process was so much smoother then i could have ever imagined it to be. His helper, Jose, was also fantastic! Both guys were extremely polite and friendly and at tehr end of the job, we missed them.

Kals prices were up front, honest and very reasonable and he only takes on one job at a time, so the job moved along seamlessly. The cabinets he used were great quality and he offset some to frame my kitchen and it looks great. The granite guys he uses also did a great job. I can't thank him enough and would highly recommend!!

We had a leak in our living room ceiling, which was rooted in the balcony above. Capital K Contractors repaired our bathrooms, main suite drywall, and closet after a sewer pipe leaked into our house. This includes bathroom gut and remodel plus drywall and some painting. They did wonderful work for a very fair price. All of the work they did was far superior to work that had been previously done on the house, and I look forward to having them do more improvements on the house in the future.
