General Contractor reviews in Spring, Texas

Capital K Contractors did an outstanding job repairing the 2x8 over the entrance of my garage. They arrived early and removed the rotted wood, sanded/prepared the surface , installed a new board and got it painted by the end of day.

The paint color was matched perfectly. Clean up was done thoroughly and all trash was bagged and placed neatly beside the garage. I will definitely use them in the future.

Capital K replaced our roof and did an amazing job! Kal was very professional and reasonable. His crew are early birds, but hard workers! We are very excited about our new roof! Thank you!!

They started out OK but when the roof started leaking again last December, I immediately notified them. Then it leaked again in February and I notified them again. I was ignored for 2 weeks until the ceiling finally collapsed from the rainwater, then they decided to come "fix" it. It still leaked, plus they had the audacity to ask to be paid to fix the ceiling they destroyed. I finally hired a real roofer. I'll be sending them the bill for my damages.

I’m not sure where to begin, but what I can tell you about Kal and his team is they are true professionals. We looked for several years to find a contractor that we felt like we could trust, after our initial consultation with him we immediately felt like we had the right guy. From concept to completion, Kal was great to work with. His timely communication and thoughtful responses to our questions made us feel at ease as we went through this process. Now, we took our house literally to the foundation, and did a whole home remodel. Kal raised our ceiling, moved walls, did complete overhaul of our plumbing, HVAC systems, and electrical. He redid our kitchen, our living room, both bathrooms, and built a walk-in closet for our master bedroom. To say that we are pleased would be an understatement. This contractor knows what he’s doing. And I would highly recommend him to anyone.

And I don’t know that I have the right words to articulate How much we enjoyed working with him. I feel like not only do we have a trusted contractor for the rest of our lives, but we also made a friend. If you’re considering any type of small scale all the way up to large scale remodel you definitely need to give Kal a call. We love what he did for us!

Capitol K Contracters did an outstanding remodel on a 1970's house that my husband and I bought several months ago mainly for the view of the golf course which we love. The house is very compartmental. Each room is behind a wall. We knew we would miss the openness from our current house. We talked of opening the wall between the kitchen and living room at a later date but the more we talked to Cal the owner of Capitol K about changes it just made sense to do it before we moved in. Cal had great ideas around what to do so we said let's do it and we are so glad we did. Cal was involved every step of the way, he was there at the house working himself. He had a great person working for him also named Romeo. I can't say enough good things about the work done. He kept us up to date on everything along the way. His work ethic and attention to detail was wonderful. This is a journey for us with this house and everything that needs to be done and we will be using Capitol K Contracters again. No doubt about it.

Also, want to mention I found out about Capitol K from my sister who used them to redo their primary bath and was happy. We used Capitol K to redo work from another contracter in our remodeled bathroom from our previous house that was shabby work. I was not happy with the floor tile work and the original contracters couldn't fix it among other things. We hired Capitol K and Romeo redid our floors and they look amazing. Cal fixed some plumbing issues and you couldn't tell where they had to do sheet rock work. That's why we used them again when we got our new house. Very dependable.

We had an amazing experience working with Kal, Brandon, and everyone they sent out. They were always in communication with us, went above and beyond to make sure everything was done correctly, and minimized inconveniences for us living in the house. The quality of work was great and the pricing was competitive. I’m sure we’ll be doing more jobs with them in the future. We are so happy with the work that was done! Thank you guys!

The Capital K team did a wonderful job on our home! We did an entire house renovation and they walked through with us, heard what we wanted and made it happen. They communicated often and were receptive to requests for changes. The house looks completely different in the best way. Kal and Brandon were super knowledgeable and offered great suggestions. They were able to set a time line and adhere to it. We are so happy to be in our house! Thank you Capital K!

Kal and his team are professional, personable, and experienced. We appreciate the attention to detail and the quality of work. We're extremely happy with how our living room turned out and cannot wait to furnish and enjoy it!

Great service all around. My gas heater stopped working overnight. They answered the phone quickly when I called the next day, a service technician showed up at my place within an hour. He quickly diagnosed the problem, came back with the replacement parts and repaired the issue. Price could be lower but worth the value , I Recommend CSL Spring Plumbing & Water Heater .

Good service and professional team! My water heater stopped working, but they repaired it the same day. Everything works perfectly now. Only small issue was the waiting time, but I’m satisfied overall , I will used CSL Spring Plumbing & Water Heater again .

Great experience with CSL Spring Plumbing & Water Heater service. The technician was punctual, professional, and quickly diagnosed the issues. Everything was explained clearly before the work started, and the repairs were completed efficiently. My plumbing is working perfectly now, and the water heater is heating consistently again. Clean, reliable, and trustworthy service—highly recommended!

I had a clogged drain that was giving me a lot of trouble. The plumber was very polite and explained the situation clearly before starting the work. He got everything fixed and made sure the water was draining smoothly again. The only small issue was that the appointment ran later than planned, so I’m leaving 4 stars. Other than that, I recommended CSL Spring Plumbing & Water Heater .

Super friendly and easy to work with! They provided an awesome remodel for my families property!

My experience with this company has been extremely satisfying. I have used them on several different occasions and have always had quality service. Shannon and his employees have always been very professional and courtesy. Grest prices and quality work. I will definitely use them again. I highly recommend Global Service Co in Spring, TX.

Shannon and Michael were at our house the next day and got everything done over the next few months. They even helped when the insurance adjuster came to our house. It was painless.

I used Shannon and the folks at global services initially to help with a leak I had under my foundation. Shannon came out and found cracks in the driveway he thought to be the problem. They sealed the cracks and painted the driveway and on the next big rain storms no more leaking. Here about a month ago I noticed the trim over my garage was sagging. Shannon and his team came out and determined the header over the garage was rotten and needed to be replaced. The professionalism of their crews, the quality of the work was top notch and is was very reasonably priced. Global has done 2 projects for me that have been flawless and I recommend them to anyone looking for work done on their home.

These guys still believe in craftsmanship and are experts at the craft. Very hard to find a company that communicates as they do. I never felt I as left in the dark as I have felt with a contractor in the past. While the process of remodeling is frustrating they gave a full schedule/scope and we were able to work around them and not totally feel as a large project was going on in the house. In addition, I cannot tell you how pleased we were with the cleanliness of the crew which again I had not experienced in the past. In short these are the guys you want on your job and in your corner in dealing with the insurance companies....

After lightning destroyed my home, they were fire. Shannon and Matthew came, and I only had to worry about my family. They took care of everything. Matthew also worked with the insurance agent to ensure that all those things that needed to be replaced or replaced and not just fixed I never had to worry they listen to my concerns and make sure I was satisfied. Every step of the way the work is excellent and even so they’ve given me a warranty on all of the work.

I have used Global Service Co for a number of small and large projects. Exterior paint, kitchen remodel, living room & bath refresh. They are dependable, reasonable and most importantly trustworthy. I can text Matthew and he responds promptly! They are a great family owned business!

Needed some exterior repairs which were handled professionally. I was impressed with the attention to detail and also the communication during the process. Additional work was needed and it was performed well. The value was fair. I will use them again when work is needed.

I've been dealing with contractors for over 20 years; I cannot say that it has been all good experiences. Thank goodness for Global Service, they are the first company in all my years, that actually did what they say said. They were very clear on the work to be performed and provided a realistic schedule. They showed up on time and were very courteous. The gentlemen that performed the work picked up after themselves and always made sure to park in areas that did not interfere with my vehicles or property. I recommend this company for all your restoration and construction requirements. I've even had them do a roof for me and they definitely are "one of a kind" they were exceptional on quality of materials used and the quality of craftsmanship. Wish more contractors existed like them.
