Great job in cutting down my tall dead pine tree in my back yard. All of the wood and debris was removed. I highly recommend them for their reasonable cost and great service!

I've used Highpoint Tree care for two of my rental properties as well as personal. Pricing is very competitive, great response time, and they have done a great job each time!

Highpoint Tree Care did an amazing job removing a large oak tree next to our house causing damage to the foundation. The crew was impressive in lowering large branches down without hitting roof. These guys know how to cut down a tree. I recommend them for any tree removal job. Spring Tx.

I failed to plan ahead and found myself without any firewood outside of the normal firewood season (just in time for a February cold snap). The Urban Foresters sells firewood year round, all sourced from trees they have trimmed or cut down for other reasons. Much better than picking up a bundle at the hardware or grocery store!

Grant is very reliable and caring especially during the winter crisis here in Houston. He provided my family and I fire wood to help us keep warm while our electricity was out. I recommend Grant and his company. Thank you Grant!

We had a mess after the big freeze. The Urban Foresters came out and helped determine what was trash and what was salvagable. Adolfo and his crew followed directions perfectly, and took initiative to go above and beyond. Great job doing work on ornamental plantings that are not even in their main line of work. We couldn't have done this much work in weeks. Thanks a bunch.

Jacob and his team trimmed our oak tree per my exact specifications and also came back to trim three small hedges. Both crews who came out were prompt, extremely courteous, and did and excellent job. I highly recommend Jacob and his company.

The Urban Foresters are the real deal. As a homeowner, I wanted my trees and my property to thrive for the long term. These guys cared about that. When they came out, they really listened to my goals for my entire property and then gave me their expert advice. On the day of service, they arrived early. Eager to work. They removed close to 15 trees and pruned and trimmed another 20. They got it all done and cleaned up in one day. The entire crew was friendly and professional. My family was so proud of their work, we took a picture at the end of the day. I highly recommend Urban Foresters and will only use them for my future needs.

Called with questions about the application and the lady that answered the phone was extremely rude, uninformative and hung up on me.

I would love to leave a better review, but they ghosted me after I sent back the signed proposal and they have not called back to schedule an appointment in over a week. I've emailed twice and called to talk to the admin, and nothing. So I will find a local company to trim my trees.

Dre' and his awesome Crew came out and assessed before for big palms. Called 30 min out today and knocked it out of the park. Super friendly and diligent!

The shopping experience was great, although after I bought a tree it was not approved in the plant HoA list so it had to be switched ou, ok not a problem.
I hope my tree gets leaves back, but I bought insurance
2. The delivery was easy but they did leave trash ie threw the extra sand, soil and grass behind to trellis that I have. I also watched them dig most of the holes- except one-
They hit the sprinkler line and just covered it up. The sprinkler system would run fine but near the tree it would flood and I thought nothing of it until I had someone come and look at it.

I find this whole experience a bit odd for a company that prides themselves on planning and planting for me to be down 0-2.

I will use different plant nursery for large purchases unless these trees don’t recover even after using the moon juice and watering schedule.
