Amazing company! They were out the same day and diagnosed the problem. Gave me an estimate to fix it and came out a day later to do the work. Charles has top notch customer service and really values his customers.

Charles responds quickly to calls. He is very personable, and got us scheduled quickly, actually for the same day, once we decided to go with Air Texas for our heater (blower) replacement. We are enjoying cool air again, and will be ready for winter when it comes.

Highly recommend!!! Woke up to our AC not working on a Monday morning. Reached out and Karen who was able to get us scheduled in that same day, and by noon are AC was back on and working! They were able to work with us not being home because of our work. We let them in remotely, they came in and fixed our issue communicating with me throughout the whole process. Amazing customer service and AC work! They guys have proven how trustworthy they are and I would not trust another company to be in my home when I'm not there!

Air Texas' technician, Will, came to my home to do a tune-up of my heating unit before it got really 'cold' here in Texas. He was polite and professional and told me everything he was doing and seeing in my attic. I appreciate this company so much. Now it's REALLY cold and my heat is working great!

So impressed with Air Texas. They were recommended to me by a friend. They were very quick to respond and solved our issues faster than I thought. We were kept informed throughout the process. Highly recommend.

Dec 2025: Still having fabulous service by Charles! I love that he is so thorough and checks everything out. I really don't worry about my heat or AC anymore.... He is professional, diligent, and courteous.

10/30/2024: regular service call revealed my furnace (last made in 1993!) was in need of replacement. So thankful for William, who identified that it was failing. He gave me options & Charles then sent a quote. His group was able to replace the entire unit this afternoon! Also, because I am a regular customer with an annual service I got a discount on an already exceptional price! Can not recommend this group enough!

7/2024: apparently did not post last years service call! Had to call this year as AC stopped working. William and Kelly were prompt, professional, and kept me updated as to what time they would arrive and what they found. (Capacitor failed.) They made helpful recommendations to make my unit work more efficiently. Highly recommend this company!!

7/2023:A fabulous value when you get the yearly maintenance! My heat went out (but was not emergent) & they were here in less than 24 hours! I fully trust Charles to give the best recommendations

Its the hottest days of the year and I was able to call Airtex, they came out 1st thing in the morning!!!! Thankfully it was a simple condenser fix, the technician had the part with him and my house is cool and amazing! Thank you so much for the fast response time and fix! You guys are the BEST!!
