Russell and his team are top notch. Can't ask for a better HVAC service company. Their communication is always above and beyond other service companies, which is key for homeowners like myself. Always my first call for AC service and repairs!

The technician Jeremiah was phenomenal . The customer service from day one , until today when he had the part delivered and fixed it . Even with my wasps problem he still managed to do his job with grace and no complaints. He definitely deserves a raise or promotion because given Houston heat and his customer service and knowledge explaining everything to me with ease is definitely worth acknowledging. Thanks so much and if anything happens again I will definitely only want him to come out and check.

Our central ac went out at our house last week and I was able to call Sevier Climate Control for help. They were so prompt and professional, sent someone out the same day to help us get cool again! Highly Recommend especially in this HOT weather!!

It’s rare to find a company that combines great customer service with honest, high-quality work, but Sevier climate control delivered on every level. I’ll definitely be using them again and recommending them to family and friends!

I’m deeply disappointed with the experience I had with this company. Over the course of four separate visits, not a single technician was able to resolve the issue with my AC unit. Despite being charged $1,300 for work that was allegedly performed, not a single item listed on the invoice was actually completed. It became clear that this company is more interested in running up costs than providing actual solutions.

To make matters worse, American HomeShield contracts with this company, presumably to cut their own costs—at the expense of their customers. From the beginning, it was evident the unit needed to be replaced, but instead of addressing the root issue, this company continued with ineffective “band-aid” fixes that only prolonged the problem and ultimately cost me over $2,200 out of pocket.

The customer service was just as poor as the workmanship—disorganized, dismissive, and lacking any real accountability. In my experience, this was nothing short of a scam masked as service. I would strongly caution others: do not allow this company near your HVAC system.

These guys.. good God where to start.
You'll notice they don't even respond to negative reviews here except for that one they claim wasn't a customer. I'm guessing it's their complete lack of professionalism but I digress.
Came to fix a compressor through AHS (an already terrible company themselves). Got the holding a vacuum on the line to make sure it's not leaking.. heck they didn't even check to see if it was working before they packed their tools and drove away.
The unit ended up breaking down 2-3 HOURS! after they left.. Didn't even last a whole day! (Granted that was
don't even get me started on the attitude they give you over the phone for trying to ask them to be the least bit accommodating.
Terrible service, raunchy attitude and they end up putting bandaid solutions they do intentionally to make sure they're coming back later. (Which I was told it's required by AHS but that's beyond me since AHS claim otherwise)

Update: one of the guys showed up and was very respectful. The issue is fixed, let's hope it holds up

The worst company I've ever met, the Tech NICK according to him, he found the issue in 10 minutes, but after 8 days he never sent the report to AHS. AHS tried to contact them 4 times and didn't answer the phone. AHS had to send another company which solved the problem on the first visit, please stay away from this company

Sevier was assigned by our home warranty company to repair our HVAC unit, as it stopped blowing cold air. They promptly called me to schedule an appointment and came out the same day. Service provider was very friendly and helpful; he fully explained what was going on and the repairs needed.

I’ve had my home warranty company send these guys out three times. The first two times they assured nothing was wrong and it was just old. The third time I paid a ton of money to have the evaporator coil repaired. A month later, the ac isn’t working well again and I have to have it looked at again.

10/10 recommend. We had Russell with Sevier Climate Control come out and take a look at the A/C. It went out last night and he was out the next day and had us up and running. He was very thorough and had great customer service. Left recommendations for what we needed.

Josh was great! He found the issue with our A/C quickly on his 1st visit. Once the parts came in, he was back and had us up and running with cold air again in just a couple of hours. He didn't try to sell us on anything more expensive or try to get us to replace the whole system; just fixed exactly what needed to be fixed. He was very friendly/personable on top of the quick work. We will definitely use them again, if needed, in the future.

Very pleased with the service I received overall exceptional customer skills and prices. Had to have my unit replaced and was suffering from the heat however their team got me back up and running and we’re a lifesaver. Highly recommend .

We are currently dealing with this very shoddy company. Of course, they were assigned by AHS, my home warranty company. On the first visit the tech determined that we needed a new compressor. Fine, it was ordered and received, then took 2 weeks to get on the schedule for install. Not good, but it's the busy season. Of course the tech then states the freon can not be saved so he charged $1200 for freon. The system never cooled, the tech never came inside the house. I paid another company to evaluate the system and that tech reported that the system was fine, just not fully charged. AHS sent Sevier out again again and this new tech says the evaporator coil had a leak, to explain the low system charge. He was supposed to send a diagnostic report to AHS, but of course that has not happened. Almost 2 months without A/C. The only reason they have 1 started is because zero isn't an option. If they are assigned by AHS don't not accept the assignment!

The repair service is bad, the receptionist/scheduler is equally bad, if not worse...Stay Away!

Absolutely excellent service by Josh with Sevier AC. Prompt, professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Took the time to listen and ask questions to understand the history and recent symptoms. Highly recommend and will request him going forward.
