From the moment we reached out to Total air last Saturday evening we have had nothing but top-notch service. It started with Tammy at the dispatch office who contacted Harold the technician. He came out within an our and assessed the the problem. He was very thorough and explaining the problem and took pictures to show what the issue was. He recommended a new system. He then at 10:30 on a Saturday night contacted Brandon the Comfort advisor who came out Saturday night to talk to us about the cost of a new system. Our install was scheduled originally for Monday but we had a hurricane and no power to Monday or Tuesday. The install team was here first thing this morning. Gavin,Jose and Jose were here first thing this morning. In less than 6 hours we had an entire new heating cooling system. They cleaned up every bit of debris and left nothing behind. I would highly recommend this company to anybody in need of heating air conditioning services

10 STARS all the way! We were thrilled with the exceptional service we received from Total Air when our AC had a problem. Despite it being a Saturday, they promptly sent out technician Harold who was friendly, knowledgeable, and fixed our AC efficiently. He took the time to explain the issue without any pressure to upsell. Total Air even sent a text introducing Harold and providing an ETA. After our AC was back up and running, they followed up with a call. Their top-notch customer service has earned them a glowing recommendation from us to all our friends and family.

Called Total Air when our AC stopped working. It was after hours, but they had someone out within an hour. Harold was our technician and was able to diagnose our issue. He returned the next day with the part needed and was able to get our AC back up and running. He was friendly and helpful.

Robert was wonderful, he explained every step of the way before proceeding, that was very helpful and worry free, but of course not pocket free. I would definitely refer this company again to others because his professionalism was top notch.

Great professional service. New unit installed day after inspection. Even provided a portable ac unit for the night were without air. Louis was great on inspection, very explanation of issues. Jose did a great job and kept me informed throughout.

My air conditioning went out on the weekend. I called Total air and they called me back within the hour and set up an appointment for Monday morning. Swade, the technician, was right on time, friendly, and very efficient. He explained everything that was going to be done. He checked out my A/C unit and included pictures. Thank you Total Air!

Total Air always does a fantastic job. Tech is thorough and friendly. Very pleased with the service and the price. This was our second experience with Total Air. We will definitely call them if we need service in the future.

5/12/2025- Robert is one of the Greatest AC Tech I've experienced. He is very knowledgeable in AC units, he explains what he does, how it will benefit you and give you the option to move forward with payment. There's no pressure! Love the service Robert. Thanks!!!

I would give 10 stars if I could!. They came over after hours to help me with my issues. Completely explained what was going on and with it being an 18-year-old unit they gave me the option of putting a Band-Aid on all the problems or I could get a new unit. My old unit used R22 so if anything were to go wrong with that, I was out of luck. They were very professional, very informative, and I would recommend them in a heartbeat to anyone who has air-conditioning or heating problems. Chris and Robert Explained everything so well that even I could understand it lol. Excellent unit, excellent service and would highly recommend!

Robert did an amazing job tracking down and solving our mysterious wiring issue. He went above and beyond to get the job done right. Even cleaned up and sealed a hole caused by a rodent. This is my first experience with Total Air, but I highly recommend them and will be using them for all of my HVAC needs going forward!!

Total Air comes out twice a year to take care of my an and heating unit. Louie is always wonderful, shows me any problems I may have usually can fix them at that time. They are always on time and so nice to deal with. The ladies in the office are also very good to deal with. Great customer service.

Louie did a fine job during our spring checkup on our AC units. He was kind and answered all of the questions I had in relation to our aging units. He also had great recommendations for our future purchases and the maintenance required. Total Air has great service and their technicians are excellent. Appreciate your attention to detail.

Mr. Swade McKnight with Total Air A/C came out today to perform annual maintenance on our a/c unit. He is very knowledgeable, trustworthy and did a fantastic job. We highly recommend all of the Total Air Team for all of your A/C and Heating needs. Keep up the Great Work!

Total Air is a wonderful company local to the Willis Texas area. They break things down to where it makes sense to any and everybody because let's just face it. Simplicity is beauty after all.

They do have a monthly membership you can join the discounts when they come out and services rendered as well as parts that need to be replaced. This pertains to plumbing and AC.

I cannot recommend them enough and everything has been wonderful and ship shape ever since I've had them coming out to my house.

My technician today was Robert. He went over everything and brought his book with the different products so that I could read on about their services and what they offer while he was working on my house and making sure everything worked correctly.

The technicians go to great detail to break down and take pictures of everything that either needs to replaced and go over how it should be working versus how it is, which is most helpful.

Robert and Swade stopped by and did a great job getting both my systems in good shape for the rest of Texas summer #2. Looking forward to future service calls performed by him and the team at Total Air AC Repair!!

Robert was awesome! He showed up on time, quickly figured out what was wrong, and had my AC running perfectly in no time. Super professional, friendly, and clearly knows his stuff. Couldn’t be happier with the service. Highly recommend if you need fast and reliable AC repair.

I've used Total Heat and Air exclusively on my rental properties and home for 15 years. I had rentals from Flower Mound to Garland and everything in between. When my renter in Dallas called for service due to no cooling, I was informed there was an extra charge, as we were not in the service area. This has never been the case before, so I spoke to the supervisor. Both the original contact on the phone and the supervisor basically said it's policy and I could use someone else for "Trane" service if needed. The quote to fix this was $4,000 which is astronomical for this unit.

When I received the write up of their evaluation, it says the unit is >10 years old. TH&A installed this unit and redid the duct work in March of 2018, not over 10 years ago. This and it being Ameristar and not Trane says they didn't even bother to review my accounts with them, even after I called to complain about the extra service area charge.

As always the technician was friendly, professional and polite. But Corporate, that is running the show, has lost the ability to perform the most basic of customer service for their existing customers. I will be using Milestone going forward.

Robert did an excellent job of repairing my AC / HVAC system & was kind enough to explain everything he was doing so I understood the process. That was a very professional complement of his abilities!! He is an excellent asset & ambassador to your company as he is very well spoken. I would welcome him back anytime to repair anything as he was very courteous, kind & knowledgeable!!

Louie called and let me know he was ahead of schedule. He was honest and did great work. I called and received service within hours. I’m highly satisfied with all aspects of service provided by Total Air. I recommend to all friends and neighbors.

Great experience today with same day appointment. Clear pricing. Robert was very thorough in his inspection, report of his finding, and repair of the system. Our A/C is back up and running. Will definitely call again for our next HVAC needs!

Update Dec 2025- Another great experience with Total Air! Same day service to fix our heater. Will certainly call them again!
