I had another company come out for bi-annual maintenance and as soon as they left my air conditioning went out. The tech refused to take liability even though the system was only 2 years old and was operating fine before they touched it.

I called Total Air and they were quick to respond and showed up in 30 minutes. Their tech Robert completed a full inspection of the system and had me back up and running quickly. He also gave us a few tips and quoted our other items we requested for longevity of the system.

Finally an honest AC & Plumbing company I know I can depend on. They came right out. Did a full assessment and even verified warranty to get new coils without me paying for them. Techs are well versed in their fields. Very informative. They even took pictures and a video to show us our problem.

I am very satisfied with the plumbing service Andrew provided. He asked questions about what led to the problem and carefully explained the steps to pinpoint the cause, provided an estimate, and then repaired the issue. He found additional problems that he explained with the help of photos, and he was able to repair them all with parts on hand. I've lived 30 years in this 50 year-old house and I was grateful he could replace the old parts so easily. He was also polite and very tidy, as all of the service technicians with Total Air have been.

I got my house plumbing looked at by Andrew and am very satisfied with his attention to detail along with the wealth of knowledge he was able to share with me! My hose bib needed to get replaced from the freeze a while ago and he managed to do quality work quickly.

We had to replace our old unit, it was 20 years old and not very efficient. Our July bill was 359.00 and had the new AC put in on August 1. We got our August electric bill today and it was 183.00, that is a 176.00 savings. We would like to thank Total Air for their service and the job they did at our home.

Scott came out and diagnosed the problem. Then we ordered the part and when it came in he promptly returned and put in the part.

Technician was on point with correcting mistakes made by 2 other companies. Technician further assisted with providing information for future repairs to make my system perform proficiently using less energy. Very affordable with no waste of time. I will be using this company in the future.

Scott and his brother, and their workers are amazing people. My heater went out, and we all caught the flu. Than my son caught Pneumonia and Rsv. We had the firer place and one space heater, because the other 3 broke. In our furnace was possibly leaking Carbon dioxide. In they came and gave us a amazing deal, and install it yesterday. We are just so amaze the huge blessing they gave my family. I couldn't think them enough. Feels so good to have Heat, and Ac now. I sleep longer just morning than I ever did. Update: They did amazing job again. My ac went out Saturday night on May 25th, and I called Scott. We called him, because Scott and his brother very reliable. They always making things happen. I texted him, and within a hour he was here. In he took the time out, and fixed it. Praise the Lord, and I so happy. Thank you so much for all you all do.

These guys were really great! They were able to get our ac issues solved really quickly! I truly appreciated their professionalism and courtesy.

Scott diagnosed the problem immediately before he even arrived at my house. I sent him pictures of my heater and he was prepared and quickly had my heater working. Scott also found another issue that was due to faulty installation by a former HVAC company that he repaired to keep my house from catching on fire.
