I asked the neighborhood for recommendations for A/C repair. The first place I called said they'd get back to me and the second was booked for the day. THC was the 3rd one on my list, and when I called they offered to send a technician over immediately. Because I was at work, I asked for a later appointment and they set it for my preferred time. Danny arrived on time and immediately knew the problem. They'll be my first call next time, for sure!

I highly recommend Thermal Heating and Cooling. They replaced our outdoor unit and were great about giving us options with varying price points and advice on what we really needed and we should look at beyond that. We felt they were fair and honest. The last time we had to have AC work done, we went with a different company and felt horribly taken advantage of and overcharged. We were so relieved to find Thermal this time and will not go anywhere else in the future.

I cannot say enough good things about this company! The customer service is INCREDIBLE! The knowledge of the techs is INCREDIBLE! The price is INCREDIBLE! The genuine concern for their customers is INCREDIBLE! The work they did on my A/C was a pain and I was shocked at the low price of my bill, absolutely shocked! I will never use or recommend anyone else....this company is simply THE BEST!

I cannot thank this company enough! We've been dealing with A/C issues for weeks because the company the home warranty company sent was awful. The other company wasn't going to come out for 5 days. FIVE DAYS!!! IN Texas heat!!! After getting frustrated and extremely hot we followed the recommendation of a neighbor and called THC. Not only was April (the receptionist) super sweet and informative, but they were able to come out the same day! Not only did they get there the same day they were 10 minutes early!!! Nate (technician) was super professional and knowledgeable. He was able to solve the cooling issue in about 20 minutes. We will definitely use them for future needs. Thank you thank you THANK YOU!!!

Great customer service from start to finish. I noticed a change in temperature in my home this week. I messaged them on Sunday evening and received a quick reply with contact info. Called Monday morning and was given a few trouble shooting tips and scheduled an appt. Frank came out within an hour. He fixed my problem and my home is back to cooling like it did before. I found him to be friendly, professional, and well informed. I would definitely recommend their services to my friends and family.

We had them switch out our old air conditioning system from propane to electric. Got a whole new system. They did excellent work. Never had a problem at all. He was here on time & very respectable. Great company. We recommend them very higly.

Did awesome work and came out pretty quickly and fixed it very fast. With the temperature heating up, my AC was not able to perform like it used to. I reached out to Frank and his team and they were able to get it handled ASAP. Now the AC is back cooling again and I couldn’t be more grateful. Highly Recommend!!!! I've used this company for a year now. They replaced a blown capacitor last year, on a Sunday night, and had it fixed in 2 hours at a very fair price.

Naturally, I called on them again this year to install a new Ruud AC system. The quoted price was excellent, they did not upsell me on anything, and they had it installed 4 days after the quote was approved.

Though Ruud is an excellent brand, and seems to have dodged the "supply chain" problems the other big names are struggling with, the brand of your AC doesn't really matter. It's the quality of your HVAC technician's work and installation that matters. Frank Garcia (owner/our technician) is an honest guy, and a real master at his craft. Thanks to him, my family is living in real comfort again.

Our AC broke, Saturday Memorial Day weekend! Within 2 hours of contacting April for help, we had our unit fixed. Fast excellent service! 10/10 would recommend. We will be using them in the future. I told April what was wrong and she was very educated with her thought process. What she figured was wrong was actually wrong. This company is awesome!!

Excellent response time and service. I didn’t feel they were trying to sell me something I didn’t need. I got 3 different estimates based on what my needs were and went with the middle option. Choosing to replace my upstairs outside condenser unit and evaporator in the attic. They also were willing to show me how to keep my condenser coils clean and drain tubes.
They use Ruud /Rheem products which currently are not affected by the supply chain mess.

Danny came out on a Sunday within 15 minutes of placing the call. He had our ac working in about another 15 minutes. He was professional and great to work with. He also gave us a quote at our request for some other things we wanted done in the future.

Danny was fast, honest, and I trust him and this company for future ac service. I could not recommend them more highly.

Talked with owner, April, to determine that a tech needed to be sent for HVAC not coming on. Jordan arrived within 20 minutes of ending the call and was great!! Super thorough, kind, and communicative. Very thankful for availability to get our system working again on a Sunday! Call them for all of your HVAC needs!

Finally found an AC company I can trust! They installed our unit a couple years ago after a recommendation from a friend. The process was wonderful and cost much less than others. We also recently just had it serviced and an unintentional issue happened and we had a leak. They took full responsibility and fixed everything! They are very professional, very knowledgeable and they all truly care about their customers. Very thankful to have found this company and will remain a loyal customer.

Thermal heating and cooling has been my ac service and repair company for 5+ years now. Every year I get a check up, frank helped me get by with my old outdated system for years until this year when I made the decision to replace with a new energy efficient unit. I am more than happy. Frank and his crew were quick, answered my millions of question, and cleaned up after themselves. I won’t even think about using anyone else.

Our technician, Frank, was very personable and knowledgeable! He was very efficient in addressing the issues we had with our AC, and took extra steps to ensure everything was set up right from now on. We just bought our house at the beginning of Feb and he identified some issues that were missed by others prior to our purchase. Highly recommend and we will use again if any problems arise in the future!

I reached out to Thermal because my tenants AC froze up and April was very helpful in troubleshooting the issue over the phone. She messaged the next morning to ensure that everything was working fine and cancelled the appointment since the issue was resolved. I definitely recommend this company to anyone who has AC issues!! Not only the best AC companies I’ve used but one of the best companies in general I’ve used. They replaced my whole system a few years ago when my original unit was worn out and I’ve have them do a yearly maintenance check several times as well. What I like is they have continuity of staff and many times it’s the same tech from the prior year. Always friendly but more important extremely competent.

Thermal Heating & Cooling installed a new unit for us in 2017, in 2019 we kept smelling a musty smell when the AC was running. They came out and said the unit was sucking water from the drain pan and had mold inside. They wanted to clean it up …. I insisted on a new unit. We purchased a new unit in 2019 and they installed for “free”. I used them for my maintenance thinking I was doing the right thing. I continued to feel the unit wasn’t cooling properly and was told with each visit, “all the numbers are good”. At our last maintenance I was told my UV light was out and they couldn’t get a replacement bulb. I asked Danny to get me an estimate for a replacement, especially with the history of mold in the last unit. No estimate was ever sent. I decided to have a different company come do our maintenance since THC didn’t seem to care about our business. To my surprise, the new company said the current 6 year old unit was poorly installed and needed to be replaced! I had a 2nd company come out, hoping that wasn’t true! The unit is only 6 years old! 2nd company said the same thing! Today they removed the old unit FULL of mold! Unbelievable. I would file a report with the BBB but they are not members.

Had a different AC company come out for our usual maintenance. We fully replaced two units 2-3 years ago. They let us know one of the compressor fan motors had stopped working. We said okay it should be under warranty. We also had a membership with them for maintenance and such. Even with warranty and membership, they wanted to charge an unreasonably high amount purely for labor costs. It didn't seem correct, so we asked around. This company asked for the part and looked it up. Quoted us a MUCH lower price. The best part is they came THE NEXT MORNING and installed it in under an hour. We would have been waiting a week or so with the other company. They went above and beyond to help and give us a fair price.

This company is fantastic! They have come to my rescue 2 separate times on the same day! They are very humble and just kind. They ease my anxiety as well. They are beyond reasonable and do not charge an arm and a leg. Danny is awesome and a face I look forward to seeing in this situation, lol. He is very thorough and gives you tips.

Got same day service when our heater went out, right as the cold showed up. THC fixed it under one hour for a great price. Request Dan when you call, he's one of their great technicians.
