I signed up for the VIP maintenance package and had my first winter tune-up today, and the experience was excellent. Seth was the technician, and he went above and beyond. He was extremely thorough, checking everything from the furnace and outside unit to the return vents, ductwork, wiring, and overall airflow. He even inspected things that weren’t immediately applicable, just to make sure everything was in great shape.

What I really appreciated was how patient and honest he was. There was absolutely no sales pressure. Seth did not push anything on me. I was the one asking about upgrades, the capacitor, the motor, ductwork, and future options. He simply answered each question clearly, explained how everything worked, and gave pricing only because I asked. His explanations were detailed, easy to understand, and genuinely helpful.

Seth was professional, friendly, and very easy to work with. I really valued the level of detail and transparency he provided. I would definitely want Seth to handle all of my heating and AC maintenance from now on. Highly recommend

We had to have our HVAC unit replaced late last year. We went with the Carrier Infinity system. Seth and his team have gone above and beyond to make sure the install, info and follow up appointments have been great. They have answered any and all questions we have had. We have used them in the past for maintenance and a repair. I highly recommend them.

I have used AC Texas for at least 15 years and 3 different houses. They have been wonderful! I have the VIP plan with them, and it has been very helpful for keeping everything running properly.

I called AC Texas to come and look at my new unit that was having issues after the original installers said my system was out of warranty.

Seth came out on time and was able to look at my whole system and not only diagnose the issue but was able to find a few things that were installed incorrectly by the other company that did the install.

He ordered the parts and installed them in no time and the system was up and running perfectly. They were also able to honor my warranty with my system. I will only use AC Texas from here on out, they are professional, courteous, and have the customers best interest in mind. Thank you for everything!!

I did have a great experience with Seth, one of this companies technicians who replaced a capacitor on system. A $17 part , charged high $365 w/ Military discount -$39.68. I mean pressures check afterwards I suppose, still trying to breakdown and justify the excessive charge. I gave 5 star because the service was actually great conversation, we actually talked about companies overcharging, maybe tactics. But based on the charge would I call in future? Signs Definitely point to "No" unfortunately.

Had a great install experience working with ACTexas. They were fair in pricing and kept me informed throughout the process. Special shout out to Seth who was very professional in his conduct but at the same time was very customer oriented. I will definitely recommend their service to others.

Hard to find service from individuals that are honed into their craft. Joe R. Is a rare gentlemen that takes pride and ownership in his work. He did a great job for me.

Awesome service and price was very affordable, I was skeptical because price was so low but they showed up with all brand new units and did a clean install, guys were respectful and careful, definitely I recommend them for AC services

Joe arrived at my house promptly. My downstairs heater was not turning on. He came and looked at the meter system got it to work. Upon going upstairs there was a noise it looked like the fan was going out. I thought oh no more money. He realized it was just Luz tightened it up and the problem was solved.
I appreciate he didn’t try to sell me something he did investigative work.

Replaced 3-ton AC condenser and serviced 5-ton unit. Completely replaced all ancillary parts -- coils, plenums, furnaces, thermostats, and all ductwork. Installed two Active whole home purifiers. All services provided as agreed; courteous, professional technicians. Happy to recommend for any such work; completely satisfied with every facet of work.

Warranty company contacted Elite for an ac issue at my home. Response time was great but it's been 9 days since they can't out and Warranty company says they have yet to provide a diagnosis, even after several phone calls and emails requesting the report, which means I'm stuck with no ac.

Joe always takes great care of me quickly, very professional, knowledgeable, and kind. Joe has gone over and beyond resolving all of my HVAC systems. I highly recommend Elite Climate Comfort!

Technician Joe Reinnenger is the best and the most cordiality person ever, he was always pending and answering my calls all the times I had to do it, He came to my house for my A/C problem and solved it in the professional way possible, even when his wife was in the hospital he came back to my place in order to check if everything was fine with my A/C, I've tried several technicians before Joe but unfortunately no-one like him.
If you have a problem with your A/C please do not hesitate to find and call Joe Reinninger because he will make you feel like a king.

I am not a complainer for all means, but I Fully Paid this company $7500 for new system and they suppose to come back and finish new ductwork on a new section I was doing construction, I have called the number for Michael, I have text him several times telling him I was ready for the duct to be installed. I only received 1 text back and 1 call back from his brother and to this day nothing has been done and I cant continue anything else until the Ductwork is done and inspection is completed. So I had to hire another company and paying them $2700 when this was already been paid to this company in full except the Permit cost which I told Michael brother I am willing to pay. I think my mistake was getting a sales rep from a whole different company that was really high in price and he told me Elite Climate control can do a better price. Be careful make sure the sales guy works with this company. I think they should reimburse me for the cost of these ducts. When they first came to do the job the installer did not have the full scoop of the job it was a whole confusion of what they where suppose to do.
I know they are going to say no communication has been seen between me and them I see that response in some of the reviews but I have the text that I have sent them and the just 1 that was answered. if anyone want s a good a/c guys I can give you the number of the guys that are doing my ducts now, they a very responsive and good communication. I WANT A REFUND SENT FOR WHAT I ALREADY PAID FOR

Honestly one of the best experiences I've had. He came in and had my problem sorted in twenty minutes. Did extra inspections of my other system and located a disconnected exhaust duct that could have done some real damage if he did not reconnect it. He then talked me through what how I need to keep my system maintained. Very good overall. Thank you.

Paid 250 and they didn't even. Clean the coils. Ac tune up was a scam. I specifically requested to clean both coils. And they only rinsed the exterior one with water. Even after the office assured me that they would be using a special chemical. Never did he even measured the freon on the unit.

I han an issue with my condenser hot coding properly and they came out the same day diagnosed the problem quickly AND had it repaired within an hour thanks
