Amanda, Cedrick Amos, and Jordan Gomez came to my home 2 July 2015 and brought above the bar service with them. My AC was broken and they solved all my issues and answered all my questions. Amanda, specifically, accommodated my schedule and made two trips to ensure I had AC the day of service. I am extremely happy with the professionalism, knowledge, and efficiency provided today by these three individuals. I would recommend this company to my friends and family.

My family decided to replace our old air conditioning system before the hot summer months arrived. We were talking to different companies, but they all seemed to just want “the sale”. Some of the companies tried to pressure us to make a quick decision without explaining what we were really getting for the price. After talking to several companies, we began to become very frustrated with the whole process. Then a close family friend referred us to Air United Mechanical. A knowledgeable technician was sent out the very next day. He laid out all of our options AND explained what we would be purchasing in terms that were easily understood. He had a genuine concern for our needs and wanted us to select the best system for our home. I did not feel pressured to make a rush decision, which was very important to me. Air United Mechanical is a trustworthy company that values its customers and it shows!

Amanda from Air United Mechanical was absolutely fantastic. We had a prior company come out twice to fix our air conditioning, with no success... Air United Mechanical responded quickly to our call, our air conditioner was up and running within the same day. Would recommend them highly to everyone!

Cedric was very professional and on-time. He explained everything and even showed me the old parts. He also showed me how to save money with a service contract and how to maintain the unit myself if I wanted to. (I don't)
Anyways he is very trustworthy and honest and I would recommend him to my own family!

I appreciate the attentiveness of the technician, Amanda. She was very helpful in explaining the issues with my A/C system and what was causing it. It was nice to have someone who wanted to communicate with you and help resolve the issues and not just get in and out. It was also appreciated that there was a need for a secondary visit in the afternoon and she kept me up to date on when arrival was expected. She was able to work around my schedule and that isn't always the case with service companies. If I should need additional work related to my AC or Heating, then I will make sure to call Air United Mechanical first. I was very satisfied with my experience.

I would definitely recommend Air United Mechanical. I contacted them about my heating system and they came out the next day and completed the repairs within 24hrs. They contacted my warranty company and discovered the part was still covered. The pricing was fair and affordable.

Very responsive. Fast service (during Texas summer). Didn't try to upsell, only pointed problem solving. Able to tackle large or small jobs. Friendly staff. Will use again.

Run run run in the opposite direction. The ac was leaking Freon. They never tested the coils and instead replaced the blower. They installed a thermostat and never programmed it. They andded Freon to the system, which was incompatible with the type of Freon in the system and clogged all the valves. They froze Freon line. Every time they left, the house was hotter than when they got here Their technicians are not licensed.

Very professional, knowledgeable, nice, and I believe the first time I ever felt dealing with an A/C company where I did not feel like they were trying to pull a fast one on me.

Very professional company. Came out the day after we contacted them & installed a brand new unit for us the next day. Initially informed us that it would be about 1 week before being available for the install but went the extra mile for us since we have a baby at home.

Well pleased with the service. On time very thorough and explained everything as they went along. I reccomend to anyone. I have been using them for a several years and no problems, comes when called.

If your looking for the hardest working Owner who take pride in his work look no further. These guys beat all other quotes to install a 3 Zone Mini Split System. They even corrected a previous installers (John Moore) errors from a prior install.

Installed my unit four years ago and has provided excellent service for me since that time. Knowledgeable, professional and courteous representatives. Highly recommend them.

Larry and his guys have been nothing short of professional and prompt for everything they've done for us. We had a complete AC system put in for our upstairs and they did a great job even fixing a messed up drain line on our downstairs unit by a home warranty company.

I have been using Total Comfort AC for about 7 years. They have provided me great service, especially via their service tech Jim. I give them my strongest endorsement.

I may have posted before but I can't say enough good things about TCAS. They put both systems in my house about five years ago. We recently started using them at my church and they have really turned the situation around there. Their first visit they saved us $1500 by explaining that what another HVAC company wanted to do would not fix our problem and was unneeded. Glad I found TCAS.

Amazing!!!!! I called on a Sunday at 1pm for AC not working and they had someone out here within an hr. Very knowledgeable and explained everything so well. I will definitely be a customer for life. I bought 1 AC from them and when my other fails they will be the only call I will make.

Always on time with a courtesy call to confirm. Sebastian with Total Comfort just finished my twice yearly inspection and maintenance. He is my go-to guy!
