Milton Frank Plumbing & Cooling came out to do my spring A/C service check, and once again, they did not disappoint. From the moment they arrived, the technician was courteous, professional, and respectful of my home.

They went through the full inspection, cleaned the system, checked the coolant levels, and made sure everything was running efficiently. What I appreciated most was how they explained what they were doing in plain terms — no pressure, no unnecessary sales talk, just honest service.

It’s comforting to know my system is ready for the summer heat thanks to their thorough work. I’ve used Milton Frank before, and I keep coming back because they’re dependable and they treat customers right. If you want your A/C in good hands, I highly recommend them.

Cody did a great job completing repairs to a couple of our faucets, including careful work on our tub that saved the existing faucet and prevented a large bill for the replacement. He was polite, thorough, and very professional. A joy to work with!

He completed our annual safety inspection, and pointed out a couple of supply lines that might need attention in the future.

MFP team did a great job in identifying an issue with our tankless water heater. Came up with a quick solution to replace all in the same day at a very reasonable price. We have used them for over 24 years and will continue to do so.

Alan did a great job today repairing our toilet issues. He was extremely professional and answered every question. He made the whole process pleasant.

Milton Frank Plumbing & Cooling came through clutch for us this past week. I did not know if they could see me so last minute but they came out quickly after service was scheduled. Could not have asked for a better technician than Frankie to help us get back to normal (clogged line in bathroom where A/C condensation line drains). He was courteous and explained the whole process as he performed the work. His final summary of the work, in the invoice, was also helpful in visualizing what had been done. Would certainly recommend Milton Frank Plumbing & Cooling!

Tanner F. Came in fixed the leaking valve. He is friendly and knowledgeable and cleaned up afterwards like no one was there. Highly recommend his services. Slightly overpriced based on replacement of one under sink valve. DG.

My neighbor recommended Milton Frank Plumbing and Cooling after one of our units stopped working. They sent a technician same day I called. Geo was our technician and he was exceptional. He was respectful, pleasant, informative, and diagnosed and repaired our unit in less than an hour. I am very happy with the experience and highly recommend!

Very positive experience with all aspects of service. From the technician inspection, estimate clarity, to the scheduling, the installation and invoicing, the process was extremely professional and all of the employees were excellent to work with.

Previously rated these guys 5 stars. Dropped to one star over price gouging. The same professional service for suddenly 5 times the price with no warning and zero justification of the new prices. Time and materials cost don't come anywhere close to the staggeringly high charges that they won't tell you until you pay them to show up. They have shifted from expensive but fair for the quality to absurdly expensive without reason.

Geo Chavarria did a wonderful job today. He explained everything perfectly to let us know what was going on with our heating systems and was a delight to work with! He is both personable and professional and we enjoyed having him in our home and taking care of our HVAC units.

This company is in constant contact with you after setting up appointment. . Lady that helped me make appt was extremely nice and helpful. I was sent picture of tech coming and knew when he was on his way. He was thorough and explained what was wrong. I highly recommend this AC company.

Matt was wonderful and skilled at his job. He informed me of the process for all my requests and had me choose all or some of my requests. I will be calling again if I need more plumbing services done.

Was referred to them because my plumber didnt offer water filter servicing. They came out onlookers at it for a tirp charge, told me they would send me an estimate. Quoted a "go away price" of $1600 to replace the carbon media. Half the price of the whole home filtration system in the first place. I would have much rather them just told me they don't do that instead of wasting time and a trip charge.

The technician, Clint, was on time and very courteous, and evidently very experienced and knowledgeable. He even helped me understand the intricacies of programming the thermostat units to my needs during the service visit. Would definitely recommend this Company.
