The guys behind the counter are very helpful. They didn't have what I needed but they went above and beyond and I was able to get the part for me. Excellent customer service. I'll definitely go back since they have most all materials/parts I usually need for my business.

Just purchased a furnace transformer less than 30 minutes ago.
This part was a universal because they didn't have one like my original. The guy who was helping me look confused apart the new part as he was trying to show me which terminals needed to be used. He told me he was confused himself but kept saying the bottom is common and the rest are power which I already knew. I ohmed the transformer to make sure everything was good and to make sure I was hooking it to the correct terminal. I turned on my a/c and the system came on but the transformer instantly started smoking. This cheap junk universal part is wasting my time and costing me money. Not to mention they don't give exchanges or refunds. I purchased a part from here years ago and didn't have any problems and the guy was very knowledgeable. Not sure if the business was sold to someone else but it's truly not the same.

I needed a couple of capacitors asap for my condensers and got to Mega ACR a little after 5:00pm. There was an employee closing up the store but still let me come in. I came to find out he was actually the owner. What I’m most impressed with is that he wasn’t rushing me and actually held a conversation to help me pick the right product. The prices were reasonable, and the store was clean and well organized making it easy to find what I needed. There seemed to be a large selection of HVAC parts. I’ll definitely be coming back here for more HVAC supplies when needed. The owner cares about his store and customers, and I am happy to have come across this place.

My AC service company has been using these guys for over 7 years. Whenever my techs need anything they are always helpful. They always have my will call order ready and loaded within no time. Time is never wasted. Counter personnel is also very knowledgeable and friendly. They are also open Saturdays until 2pm year round and take phone calls after hours. Highly recommend Mega ACR for your HVAC parts and equipment.

So happy and thankful to the kind man at mega. Blower motor stopped working on a Friday night. None of the other stores would sell to me as I'm not a contractor, and I couldn't wait until next week for one. But I was just buying a motor, not any controlled refrigerents. I brought my old motor in and he helped me match it up to a new one. Price was nearly the same as the internet. Ac works great and my kids can sleep easy tonight. Highly recommend

This place is open on Saturday and is pretty knowledge in all aspects of the HVAC field.
I come in for parts on a pretty normal basis.

Thank you to the friendly staff of ACR. They helped me (a do-it-yourself woman) find the correct components for my 24-year-old Payne AC unit, and within 15 minutes, the AC was up and running again. These guys know their stuff, and the prices are fair.

Only place I could find open past 12 on a Saturday, the day after we closed on and moved into our first home and our ac went out while moving in. My buddy showed me how to do the diagnostic over the phone and told me what to get. Pretty much one of the only places that sells to the homeowner too. Super grateful for these guys. All were professional and SOOOO helpful in case I needed to know a little more. 🙌🙌🙌💯🤌👌👏🙏🔥

They are a good supply company, just went in there for the first time. I usually but directly from the manufacturer or true wholesalers. He was accurate about what I needed, price was a bit high but it was Saturday afternoon. Very well worth the premium, not even excessive. Will but there again. I have been in the business since 1986

I was given the wrong part when purchased, not knowing they did not accept returns. I guess that's the price you pay when in a rush; however, I feel they should be held accountable. They are too high in price also. I will find somewhere else from now on.

Went out of his way to come to our home same day! Fixed our problem quickly and at a great price! Trustworthy and transparent!!

I called them because my AC was not working told me I was going to be charged $89 to come out and check unit whlen other companies charge $49... Long story short $89 turned into close to $1,000... AC was still not fixed he tried to get me to pay him more to replace other things not knowing what was the problem just guessing adding more costs tiller repair... Told my wife he had other jobs to do and that he would call her back to let her know when he would come back to finish the job and to figure out what was the problem... He never called her back so my wife had called to ask when should we expect him back this was on a Friday... His wife or secretary had told my wife that the earliest would be on the upcoming Monday but we would still have to pay him $89 more to come out because there was another problem and he would have to spend all day trying to figure out what it was... It had been more than a week and we still haven't heard from him.... He talks a good game but really doesn't know what he is doing and is trying to scam and take more money... Word of advice do not use his service... I was able to get ahold of their people who had installed my unit they came out real quick found the problem in less than 15 minutes and said the job would only be $49 ... And that all of the other things that this technician have done was way overpriced and would have been done for less than $500... Beware of his scams!!! Updaten 3/19/2020 Now this guy is saying it it was due to a lack of funds...when really it was due to a lack of your knowledge.. all my parts were I'm warranty and he was trying to get me to pay to replace a fan motor a control board and a contactor... When none of that was the problem... Why would I want to ever call someone who doesn't know what they're doing...

They installed a brand new unit for us in September. That in & of itself was problematic. Never returned our calls or e-mails or came to do the 6 month check up in March. Last night, the fan stopped. None of their listed numbers worked. Went through their family member who is a friend to get ahold of them. Also made a public post on FB & tagged them. They removed the tag & blocked me, but the post is still public. When Ben (owner) called me, from a blocked number, he blamed google for the lack of phone number update. Also, refused a contact number, saying he will contact me on Monday & to have a good weekend. Says that the part is probably under warranty, & that's the reason that he can't even come look at it until Monday. It's now Saturday (our 2nd day without AC). So, I called Air On Time AC, who sent someone within the hour. The part was available & covered by our warranty (easily located by the new guy). We now don't have to swelter in this Texas heat & humidity with my health concerns & my young child for 2 more days for MQA to call back (hopefully) & attempt to fix the problem. I regret ever trusting this company based on the fact that they are extended family of a close friend. They have been nothing but difficult & uncooperative.
