Thank goodness for Murphy’s Quality Air!! They came out to my home and found a small problem with my condenser unit after two other companies wanted to replace my whole system!!!
Murphy’s Quality Air is honest and thorough, as a homeowner, that is what matters!

I called Murphys Quality Air for my mother. She had her yearly check on her unit 2 weeks ago with another company and then 2 days ago her drip pan started to over fill and the 1st company came back and "fixed" it. I had Muephys come take a 2nd look and he found few things the other company missed he also found that when the whole unit was replaced back in 2012 they "forgot" to replace the coil. He spent 2+ hours doing a complete check and going over all the issues he found. My mother was very pleased with his knowledge and service. Also they were able to come out with in 24 hrs and didn't give us the run around or the 4 hour window. We are very pleased and will be future customers and refer to every one.

Ben knew I had only one day in Houston to have an AC system repaired. He could have taken advantage of me like another service did, but he provided quality service at a very fair price. If I lived in Houston, I would never use anyone else. His wife, Amber, who handles the phone calls, is a genuinely nice person, as is Ben.

Ben is an expert at his work. He is very patient and professional. He takes the time to explain and inspect. He recommended the ecobee thermostat which is awesome. We can review and control the temperature with our phone! Ben and his company are the best in the business. I highly recommend him.

Travis arrived at our home to do a check up of our air conditioner. He was thorough, knowledgeable and very kind in explaining what might and might not need to be done to our air conditioner. A friend said I should call Majestic AC for HVAC service. When my A/C stopped cooling three days later, I called….and they apologized profusely for not being able to get here the same day. The next day, the technician fixed the issue in about 20 minutes (in the rain). The best part of Majestic Air is a tie between professional and courteous customer service and their very reasonable pricing. I’m passing on the “highly recommend” rating to y’all, just as my friend did for me.

Excellent service, knowledgeable technicians. Installed my downstairs unit in 2019 for best price and have maintained it and upstairs unit under Crown Plan. Best decision I've made regarding home ownership. Not one problem since they have been maintaining.

Majestic represents everything a company should strive to be; Professional, caring, and precise.

AC went out Fri evening, Easter weekend. We put in our request Sat afternoon and David replied to us late Sat. He made arrangements to visit Sunday mid-day after service. He spent 2 hours with us on Easter Sunday to make sure we understood exactly what we were purchasing. We agreed on the new product and terms and the following Tuesday morning Majestic's crew was at out house installing the new unit.

Wade and his crew came in with the same approach as David, professional and courteous. Walked us through the entire system, how it works, what to expect, etc. and finished the job in about 6 hours, leaving our house spotless.

David circled back around with us 2 days after the install to walk the house, check temps and thermostat settings, spent another hour talking about everything and anything other than AC.

They are sending another tech this week to triple check the work and settings just to make sure nothing was missed.

Majestic, David and Wade specifically, created a life long customer because they simply did what most people expect. Hats off to you gents!

Majestic AC came out and the technician was professional and friendly. He evaluated our unit and was able to give us a diagnosis and a timeline for repair. We had someone to come out prior to him but that company gave us the surface issue but Majestic AC was able to give us the root cause of the problem.

For AHS, majestic sent the repair man out to give 2nd opinion.
Tech is saying that it was caused by power surge.. 1st AC company tech talked about animal short. Unit that is 10-12 years can have diff type of short. We did not have any power surge near our house last week. What made me give low score is tech talked about doing the chemical wash on our AC at the cost of $450.. We cleaned it with chemical just two years ago and with water hose just few months ago.

I've been using Majestic AC for a few years. Their communication and scheduling are very effective and prompt. All their techs seems knowledgeable.
