Sean initially came out to fix a small leak but went above and beyond by noticing an issue with my hot water heater. As he was wrapping up, he also noticed a problem with an electrical outlet and explained that it posed a safety concern for my home. Plumbing not working, called GEI. Ran snake and camera into pipes and located a broken pipes under my foundation at my hall bath. Needed a tunnel approximately 20 ft to reach pipe. Once located the repair was completed and plumbing was restored. The crew did excellent work and maintained a clean worksite. Work was completed in a timely manner. A slight language barrier was present with the crew but we worked it out just fine. I would recommend GEI to assist you in all you plumbing needs.
