Haris with Bacon did an amazing job! Very professional and great customer service skills as well. Haris is very knowledgeable within his field and that immediately caught my attention. Thanks for troubleshooting my issues and remember when looking for a AC company you can never go wrong with this one. Everyone loves Bacon!!!!

2nd time out with a different set of symptoms. We were lucky enough to get Isaac again. he found rodent damage on the wiring outside the house that operates the thermostat. He got it fixed and it did not cost a fortune. Good to have honest people. Now to find and deal with those pesky rodents.

J. Mendoza arrived at the appointed time. He performed the tasks to repair a kitchen drain pipe in a timely fashion. He was very knowledgeable in his job and was very professional in his conduct. In the future I will request Mr. Mendoza personally if I require plumbing work.

Andrew with Bacon Plumbing did an excellent job installing our toilet and fixtures. He was professional, efficient, and made sure everything was to our satisfaction. He also did a assessment of other areas in the house. Highly recommend his work!

Bacon plumbing is the only place to go for your AC needs. Harris, Jonathan, and Colton came out to replace both of our AC units and furnaces and did an outstanding job. They were efficient, knowledgeable, and professional. They are true masters of their craft and you can trust the work that they do is solid and reliable. The Bacon Rep, Colton Seeton, worked for over an hour trying to get an Ecobee doorbell camera installed but we were unable to locate the transformer for the doorbell to get it done. I have never had a nicer, more polite, repair technician ever come to my home and work as hard or as thoroughly, trying to accomplish the installation goal. He is going to try to figure how to locate the transformer in my almost 100 year old house, and I do believe, will make every effort to complete the installation. Bacon is lucky to have this young man on their staff.

Jacob and the man that was with him (didn’t get his name, sorry!) were both GREAT! They were both so friendly and got the job done quickly. We would definitely recommend them to friends and family.

We have come to trust the services of Bacon and Kevin proved that again when we had a small gas leak at the house. His testing uncovered another leak, but he was very clear explaining as he went along, providing options to lessen the damage to structure in order to gain access to pipes. He was very thorough and considerate. We would highly recommend Bacon

I consulted them to fix a leak on my master’s sink. They weren’t able to get it fixed the first time and originally due to a misunderstanding it seemed like I wasn’t going to get the problem solved in a timely fashion. However, a manager reached out to me and was very kind, understanding, and professional even though I was upset. They sent out a guy and prioritized us two more times because the leak was difficult to pinpoint. They did good work and Didn’t charge after the initial visit. I also had the scaleRX installed and it’s been working great. The human touch these guys showed even when I flew off the handle meant a lot and I’ll definitely be using them again.

Kevin was very professional and kind. They were ready to install the next morning. The two technicians that took out our old water heater and put in the new one, were also very professional and kind, answering our many questions, and did an amazing job and were done quickly. We expected 4-6 hours for the install, and they were done in about 2 hours. I would highly recommend. My husband and I will continue to use them!

Service was great!! Cody was very friendly and knowledgeable. Cody did a good job of leaving no mess.

I did receive a $ 60.00 discount after signing up for year long service contract.

We had several plumbers come out for quotes, and the fees were astronomical - not to mention a huge waste of our time. Cody and the Bacon Plumbing team were the complete opposite experience.

Cody was upfront, honest, and did excellent work at a fair, honest rate. Ricky, the supervisor, was also consistently communicative, which made the whole process smooth and stress-free - despite all our questions.

After dealing with so much runaround elsewhere, this was a breath of fresh air. We will ONLY be calling Bacon Plumbing in the future. Highly recommend!

Had a pipe burst from the recent hard freeze. Bacon Plumbing team got me taken care of quickly in a semi emergency situation. Austin was quick, friendly, and walked me through the repair. Even verified that it was repaired and no longer leaking before finishing up and wrapping the pipe in insulation. I really appreciated it

Notified them I needed repair on work they completed and they sent someone to confirm. They said they needed to order the parts and after numerous missed appointments and phone calls still waiting. They no loner answer my calls, text or emails.

I have used Cypress plumbing a couple times now. I gotta say Mike, Evan and the others who helped with my hot water tank and attic piping were polite, professional and most of all arrived on time. Highly recommend.

Very prompt response and timely service but way overpriced. Charged me $250 for a simple fix including parts that took 5 minutes and the part was less than $10 at home depot

WoW! Contacted Michael of Cypress Plumbing early (7:00 am) with unknown water heater issue. Fit me in, arrived at my home by 10:00 am. Quickly assessed issue, which was still under warranty. Michael was immediately on phone w/company to advocate and resolve part issue on behalf of my family. Parts shipped overnight, Michael returned next day to install and make sure we had hot water again. Extremely accommodating. Thank you so much.
