Great service! Easy appointment process and on the spot service. I needed a light installed and they took the time to ensure it was placed to my liking.

Bacon Plumbing Heating Air Electric was very responsive and was able to get Austin to our house (on very short notice) to look at several plumbing issues we have held in abeyance. Because of his efforts, we are now able to plan our 2026 budget to include needed maintenance.

Mannnnnnnn, how I needed EduardoU!!! I have been without air for a couple of weeks because of my schedule and my apprehension about HVAC providers. EduardoU was on time, pleasant, and respectful of my home. He even took the time to kindly explain things to me (more than once) in a manner I could understand. I found him to be honest, and now - definitely my go to request. I think I may purchase their monthly plan that he shared with me now that I can request some I trust. I have to say I am EXTREMELY pleased and happy with the service Ricky and his team provided. We had a bit of a snafu with one of our water heaters in the attic, and although it was a complicated and tight fit, Ricky went above and beyond to ensure that we got a water heater installed properly and quickly. We went ahead and replaced both and I could not recommend them enough. I am very happy to now have a plumbing expert I call in a pinch and count on to make sure everything is perfect. Everyonelovesbacon, indeed!! Highly recommend.

My AC stopped blowing cool Saturday evening. Thermostat got up to 83 on Sunday :(. Called Bacon first thing Monday morning. They sent a technician straight away and Johnathan was able to diagnose and fix the issue within a few short hours. Bacon is the company I’ve used both in Houston and Dallas. Quality is not dependent on your location! Every issue I’ve had, Bacon was fast to respond and quick to resolve. I wish Ricky would move to Dallas, because he was incredible! You can’t go wrong with this company. They are diligent and explain things extremely well. 10/10!

Stopped up sewer pipes. Sewer cleanout was located and then a snake used to clean out to blockage. Service was great, but the price for 2-3 hours work total was extremely high. over 1100 dollars. The swervice was great, however, the plumbing snake part only took 20 minutes to clear the stoppage, yet they charged me an extra $604.56 for that part alone. total rip off.

Colton did an awesome job fixing our clicking ceiling fan and provided an in-depth electrical inspection. He was friendly and thorough.

I found Baking Plumbing through Angie’s List, and they were the only company that called me and actually sounded legit. Everyone else seemed kinda iffy, but these guys were professional from the start.

They sent me a photo of the technician ahead of time, which made me feel really comfortable. Austin (the tech) called before he came, showed up right when he said he would, and was super friendly and respectful.

He quickly figured out what was going on with my clogged tub, explained everything clearly, and even showed me what I’d missed when I tried to fix it myself. He answered all my questions without rushing me, which I really appreciated.

If I could give 100 stars, I would! I called Bacon Plumbing after noticing a faint smell of gas when I got home, and they were the first company to respond. Austin, the technician who came out, made the entire process incredibly easy.

The repair ended up taking two days because the issue was bigger than expected and a specific part was needed, but the communication was clear the entire time. I couldn’t be happier with the service.

Haris did such an outstanding job on our AC replacements and duct work. He explained each step of the way even closing gaps in the ac which was effecting air flow. When he was done I felt very confident that we will not have any future issues with the new insulation. Very personal able and I believe he takes each job as if he was installing his personal ac system. It was an honor and blessing to have this person instal our New AC who has character and integrity. Very knowledgeable on the overall AC configurations to efficiently and effectively cool a home. I know my energy bill will be lower than past months. This was a huge job and he had everything replaced, up, and running in record time. We are truly grateful
