I just want to say if anyone out there is looking for a truly honest, professional, very friendly and courteous company this is your place. Total air has been outstanding at being so meticulous with installing this HVAC system unlike some other companies. They do what they say their going to do. I was impressed they come back a week later for a final inspection. This will be my go to company from here out . Highly recommend!!

I recently had Total Air & Plumbing come out to perform routine maintenance on my AC unit, and I was very satisfied with the service. The technician Robert Taylor arrived on time, was professional and courteous, and took the time to explain everything he was doing throughout the process. He performed a thorough inspection, cleaned the unit, checked refrigerant levels, and made sure everything was running efficiently.

I appreciated that there was no upselling—just honest recommendations for keeping my system in good shape. The whole visit was efficient, and I felt confident in the quality of the work done.

In addition, Total Air installed a Amana unit in my home. Before I purchased the unit I used to have a electrical bill of $500 to almost $600 dollars in the months when it was very hot. Now with the installation of the Amana my electrical bill is now maxium $300 or near $400 on the months that are very hot. The Amana unit regulates the air in my home automatically and is very quiet as with saving me hundreds of dollars each month. Total Air is a very reliable company.

Total Air was wonderful experience for me. I went into it a little nervous because a new HVAC system is expensive. My salesmen, Josh, helped me feel at ease at gave me great practical advice. I received a price I was extremely happy with. The men who installed my system were very personable and efficient. I recommend Total Air with complete confidence.

Robert did a great job updating my A/C system. I have used Total Air several times and Robert is usually my guy. He is always professional and efficient in his work. Cleaned everything up before he left. I would highly recommend Total Air. They respond quickly and are affordable compared to other companies. They have been always been honest when diagnosing an issue.

The tech, Loren, was great. He explained everything in detail an had pictures of what he checked on. He also took pictures of his "future" needed suggestions. I appreciate that the company sends a picture of who will be coming to your home. They also sent text updates. This is a great local company.

I had another company come out for bi-annual maintenance and as soon as they left my air conditioning went out. The tech refused to take liability even though the system was only 2 years old and was operating fine before they touched it.

I called Total Air and they were quick to respond and showed up in 30 minutes. Their tech Robert completed a full inspection of the system and had me back up and running quickly. He also gave us a few tips and quoted our other items we requested for longevity of the system.

Finally an honest AC & Plumbing company I know I can depend on. They came right out. Did a full assessment and even verified warranty to get new coils without me paying for them. Techs are well versed in their fields. Very informative. They even took pictures and a video to show us our problem.

I am very satisfied with the plumbing service Andrew provided. He asked questions about what led to the problem and carefully explained the steps to pinpoint the cause, provided an estimate, and then repaired the issue. He found additional problems that he explained with the help of photos, and he was able to repair them all with parts on hand. I've lived 30 years in this 50 year-old house and I was grateful he could replace the old parts so easily. He was also polite and very tidy, as all of the service technicians with Total Air have been.

I got my house plumbing looked at by Andrew and am very satisfied with his attention to detail along with the wealth of knowledge he was able to share with me! My hose bib needed to get replaced from the freeze a while ago and he managed to do quality work quickly.

We had to replace our old unit, it was 20 years old and not very efficient. Our July bill was 359.00 and had the new AC put in on August 1. We got our August electric bill today and it was 183.00, that is a 176.00 savings. We would like to thank Total Air for their service and the job they did at our home.
