I reached out to Thermal because my tenants AC froze up and April was very helpful in troubleshooting the issue over the phone. She messaged the next morning to ensure that everything was working fine and cancelled the appointment since the issue was resolved. I definitely recommend this company to anyone who has AC issues!! Not only the best AC companies I’ve used but one of the best companies in general I’ve used. They replaced my whole system a few years ago when my original unit was worn out and I’ve have them do a yearly maintenance check several times as well. What I like is they have continuity of staff and many times it’s the same tech from the prior year. Always friendly but more important extremely competent.

Thermal Heating & Cooling installed a new unit for us in 2017, in 2019 we kept smelling a musty smell when the AC was running. They came out and said the unit was sucking water from the drain pan and had mold inside. They wanted to clean it up …. I insisted on a new unit. We purchased a new unit in 2019 and they installed for “free”. I used them for my maintenance thinking I was doing the right thing. I continued to feel the unit wasn’t cooling properly and was told with each visit, “all the numbers are good”. At our last maintenance I was told my UV light was out and they couldn’t get a replacement bulb. I asked Danny to get me an estimate for a replacement, especially with the history of mold in the last unit. No estimate was ever sent. I decided to have a different company come do our maintenance since THC didn’t seem to care about our business. To my surprise, the new company said the current 6 year old unit was poorly installed and needed to be replaced! I had a 2nd company come out, hoping that wasn’t true! The unit is only 6 years old! 2nd company said the same thing! Today they removed the old unit FULL of mold! Unbelievable. I would file a report with the BBB but they are not members.

Had a different AC company come out for our usual maintenance. We fully replaced two units 2-3 years ago. They let us know one of the compressor fan motors had stopped working. We said okay it should be under warranty. We also had a membership with them for maintenance and such. Even with warranty and membership, they wanted to charge an unreasonably high amount purely for labor costs. It didn't seem correct, so we asked around. This company asked for the part and looked it up. Quoted us a MUCH lower price. The best part is they came THE NEXT MORNING and installed it in under an hour. We would have been waiting a week or so with the other company. They went above and beyond to help and give us a fair price.

This company is fantastic! They have come to my rescue 2 separate times on the same day! They are very humble and just kind. They ease my anxiety as well. They are beyond reasonable and do not charge an arm and a leg. Danny is awesome and a face I look forward to seeing in this situation, lol. He is very thorough and gives you tips.

Got same day service when our heater went out, right as the cold showed up. THC fixed it under one hour for a great price. Request Dan when you call, he's one of their great technicians.

The HVAC Technician, Seth was very knowledgeable and thorough. He did a good job and there was no sales pressure. Just good information.

This is a great company with great people. My first interaction with them was for a new system quote nearly two years ago. I was pleased and impressed with Mickey’s professionalism, honesty, and thoroughness. He walked me through my options in great detail and never once pressured me into anything. I had to put my purchase on pause, but the company kept in touch and eventually scheduled me for a system check up and another quote. Mickey came back and again, walked us through our options. We purchased our new unit and couldn’t be happier. I’ve had a very negative experience with a different company and AC Texas was the exact opposite. Great company, great people, excellent customer service. I highly recommend them.

What a difference!!! Extremely happy customer. Bradbury Brothers and their mediocre services really show when you switch to a trust worthy and honest company to help. They replaced our entire unit. The sales rep was thorough and great and Alex the installer went above and beyond. Very happy to have their anual plan. After a year of throwing money down the drain with the other company, I’m so glad we found good honest people who work well and don’t scheme you. These guys are the real deal, and I have a good working unit now. 5 stars

Seth has gone above and beyond for our dog grooming spa and low woodlands multiple times he really outdoes himself. AC TEXAS is awesome but if you ever need somebody in a pinch and he is available, I give him 1,000,000 1/2 shout outs. Customer service is through the roof, super knowledgeable, and walk us through multiple options but not as a salesman more as a person who knew what was going on so we were in the loop. Great dude great company.

Hands down BEST a/c repair guys, period!
We had no a/c for five days in this Texas heat, gross. Another company (ppl who installed unit) couldn't repair my a/c, said I needed 25lbs of Freon at $600pp, hard no!
ACTexas came and diagnosed that it was an electrical issue in the thermostat, fixed it super quick, SETH (super awesome dude) had our a/c running in less than an hour.
ACTexas is for sure my go to from now on!

Seth was amazing!! Friendly and even pet my sweet puppy. He made sure to put a towel down so the attic ladder didn’t hurt my floor. He explained everything very well. Overall a wonderful experience

AC Texas is the best air conditioning company. They really care about the quality ,reliability and health of your unit. The AC Tech is so professional and knowledgeable of your unit. I recommend this company to everyone who needs AC inspection and maintenance services.

We used to use AC Texas at our old house and remembered them being fairly nice, so we called them when one of our AC units went out recently. Unfortunately, out of the five companies that came out, they were the only one that charged a $70 diagnostic fee. On top of that, their quote for the exact same service was $500 more than all the other competitors. Based on this experience, we probably won’t be using them again.

All of your employees, Seth, Alex and Jose were very pleasant and professional. The work got started immediately and they stayed with it until every aspect of the performance was correct and complete. We are going to call these gentlemen when we need help again at this location and at any other location where we may have equipment that you people service.

I would definitely reccomend! Seth was my technician and he was very knowledgeable and helpful. He fixed the issue quickly and was able to explain to me so I could understand. Very professional, I would ask for him again.

Seth came on time to help me with routine check up of my unit. Checked both heating and cooling and help me clear the drain line, was very helpful in explaining ways and providing tips to maintain the unit and things to watch out for proper maintenance. Very helpful and professional.
