We had many technicians out to our home because of ongoing A/C issues. We decided to contact a certified Carrier company and they had someone available right away. The tech that came out by the name of Seth was very knowledgeable. He explained everything that was going on with our A/C. He completed a REAL diagnostic test on the area we thought was causing the problem. My experience was great. A 2-ton Carrier unit went out, and the first company I called told me both the condenser and compressor were shot and that I needed a whole new system. The next day I called ACTexas C&H around 9 am, and within an hour and a half Seth showed up. He quickly diagnosed the issue, replaced the capacitor, and had the unit running in just a few minutes. He didn’t try to pressure me into buying anything. Instead, we talked about how my 13-year-old units are nearing the end of their lifespan and went over options for the future. He also explained their service plan, which I signed up for because he earned my trust in that short visit. I don’t know if Seth has any ownership in the company, but either way, he’s a real asset.
