Elite climate comfort handled the HAVC installation in our new construction home. Everything passed inspection on the first try , and they stayed on schedule. Couldn't ask for better quality and professionalism.

Joe came out to fix our heater that had been out for 2 months because another company gave us the run around and never came back to finish the job. He was able to come check out the problem and come back with parts to fix it and get it running in no time. We appreciate his professionalism and quickness. He can communicated with us the whole time which we really appreciate.

Elite Climate Comfort did a full system replacement for my home and the experience was excellent. They were on time, professional, and the install looks very clean. The system is working perfectly. Highly recommended!

Brand new home. They didn’t finish my AC unit in my attic properly. They didn’t install the sensor plug so it was spewing out for a month unaware. It leaked down through my ceiling all over kitchen while we were out of town. They sent someone to come out and fix it and didn’t offer to pay for the repairs for the ceiling damage they caused. Is there a reason water is dripping from the electrical components? Had to remove and replace damaged drywall and mold, almost $2k of damages. They fixed their mistake but not the damages they caused. So many serious issues with this system, but I’m not going to be calling them back out, I don’t care about the warranty I can’t trust you guys.

Technician miss diagnosed the issue. I went two more days of hot Texas heat. The technician who came from a different company had my AC working in five minutes.

Tech was polite and very professional. Was able to resolve my AC issues very quickly and provide solutions. Upon deciding what was required, we scheduled a date to complete the maintenance on the AC unit.

Professional, knowledgeable, and friendly technicians. I had questions and they were patient and answered them all. My AC needed a cleaning and they did a great job. I got a quote from other companies and the price was a bit high. Elite was right in my budget.

Choice Warranty sent your company, Mike Richas, to fix one of my systems. The first time, the Tech named Mike spent 5 minutes and left, but nothing was resolved. I complained to Choice unknowingly, and they chose your company again with the same Technician who took pictures without attempting to fix anything. When incomplated. He said I needed to replace my 5-year-old AC because of the evaporator and refrigerant, and left after 13 minutes.

Joe came out twice for our AC and was great. Quickly diagnosed the problem, got us back up and running. Also, ordered a part that was worn and probably about to fail and came back out to fix.

The co rep came out on a Tuesday afternoon to look at our daughters 1976 Home in Spring Texas. The original 3 ton ac was running like it was cooling the Astrodome and failing big time.
By the following afternoon we were cooling down the home like the Icerink for the Aeros. Great work and under $6,900. A big 🏆 winner.

Excellent company! They were fair honest and showed up on time. They provide an honest assessment and are not here to price gouge you which I appreciate. They are professional and I would recommend them to anyone.
Update - I had to end up going with a new unit and Elite made it right. The customer service was absolutely outstanding. Every time I contacted them they took the time to answer all of my questions. If I left a message they called me back within a few hours or texted. They scheduled an appointment immediately to install the new unit and it was replaced in less than a few hours. They showed up on time and the installers provided safeguards not to damage my house while installing the unit and cleaned up afterwards. The price for the unit was the best I received from multiple quotes and my unit is quite cold and very efficient. I would recommend them time and time again. Thank you to the entire team for your prompt efficient and excellent service!! They even registered my unit to get my ten year warranty when I asked! Great excellent company!!

Fantastic job and great customer service! Michael and his team upgraded my 20 year old system to a brand new Goodman R32 5 ton system. They were careful dismantling the old hardware and did a great job installing all the new items. Cleaned up after the installation and the house is nice and cool. Will be calling them again !!
