I had a great experience with Elite Climate Comfort. The team actually arrived a little before the scheduled time and got right to work. They completed a full HVAC installation for my home, including replacing the ductwork, vents, and grilles.

Everything was done in a very professional and timely manner, and the quality of the work was excellent. On top of that, their pricing was very reasonable compared to other companies I looked at.

These guys did a great job. I called them at 8:00am and had a new system installed & running that evening. We had to work through multiple issues but they found a way to get it done and even went as far as to install a temporary compressor. Job well done & I truly appreciate it.

AMAZING customer service. They were able to come out SAME DAY on a Friday afternoon and did a temporary fix while they waited for the part to come in. They came back on Monday and got it fixed. Service provided: The tech replaced the control panel on my AC. I highly recommend this company. The techs and office personnel are very dependable, professional, knowledgeable and friendly. The tech answered all my questions and explained in detail everything that was going on with my AC. The office personnel called me to inform when the tech was on his way to my location, and also did a follow-up call to make sure I had no more issues with my AC.

This business installed a brand new AC for me in 2019. In 2024, it started blowing hot air. I turn the thermostat off and called them. They came to my location, turn the thermostat back on and then left. I called them to come back again, because obviously it was still blowing hot air. They told me that they could not work on the AC unit unless I sent all of my clients home. I arranged for them to come at a time where I did not have clients, but they refused to come back and told me to call someone else.

We have used Maxela Air for years. Myself, my Mom and my sisters have all used them. They always get us on the schedule right away and are reasonably priced. The technicians are very friendly, knowledgeable and professional!
