Arturo and his colleagues are punctual and efficient and honest!! This is a rare find in the industry these days!!! We will continue to do business with Maxela Heating and Cooling. More recently - we just had an issue with some plumbing and the plumber said we needs to ask the AC guy to come blow out the drain/pipes. I immediately Claudia at Maxela and she moved mountains to get me on the schedule and they fixed the job SO much that I was able to cancel my plumber for the next day which saved me hundreds!!! Maxela’s pricing is fair and their honestly and efficiently has earned my business for life!

The gentlemen who came out were very professional! They quickly assessed the issue and with my AC was not properly working. The cost of repairs was cheaper than I expected and they honored an initial quote. I highly recommend their services

Can't give less than 1 star or I would. Told me my air conditioner need a relay switch, which they could not find ( my unit is 3 years old) so I would need a whole new unit. Called another company and all it needed was a good cleaning. This was thru a home warranty place so it cost me $ 300.00 for them to do nothing.. My phone calls were never returned.

Listened, addressed issues, and even told me NOT to spend money with them for an upgrade due to our older system and it’s likelihood to cause problems. Really nice tech.

I have used Spring Woodlands Air Technicians for years and I highly recommend them! They respond quickly, show up on time, are extremely through and take the time to explain everything. The technicians are also very nice and polite. Definitely deserve 5 stars!

Original review posted below is still spot on....... S.W.A.T is an excellent company to do business with for heating and AC services !

Todd and crew at Spring Woodlands Air Technicians are excellent. I have used them in the past for repairs and when my old systems finally just really had to be replaced I used them for new equipment installation. Their response time has always been good, prices are very competitive, and they do quality work.

Update: Compressor failed. They came right away (on a Saturday of a 3-day weekend). They diagnosed right away. Thank you, Brandon.

I called S.W.A.T. (Spring Woodlands Air Technicians) to install a soft start on my a/c. They were the most responsive. Others didn’t know what I wanted, were too busy or didn’t want to help me. It was very frustrating. S.W.A.T. Answered my call right. They gave me a reasonable estimate and set an appointment as soon as I had the equipment. On the day of installation they called to say they were on the way and arrived on time. My technician, Sam, was polite, professional and went to work right away. He finished quickly and made sure all my questions were answered. I highly recommend this company

I called Spring Woodlands Air Technicians and was given a SAME DAY appointment(AC was blowing hot air). The technicians arrived on time and quickly explained and diagnosed the problem. Both were very pleasant and knowledgeable. They even advised me to call them directly if I had any problems. 10/10 service and will definitely recommend to family/friends.

Always appreciate the honesty, integrity and professionalism of this company and their technicians.
Just had Brandon back for our yearly "get ready for summer" because we noticed our AC wasn't working as efficiently like normal.
Coolant added, a sealent and dye added to repair and/or catch any leaks.
All done in less than an hour, great communication and time management.

SWAT has been my AC/Heating company for several years and I have not had one complaint about them. They are always on time, they communicate proactively, the technicians are professional and the prices are very fair and reasonable. Todd, the owner is also a phone call or text away. 👍👍

Sam, the technician, was very friendly, impressive, knowledgeable in his work. He educated us on our system and how it works and what to do to improve our system’s life. The company that installed our system wouldn’t pick up the phone so I called S.W.A.T A/C company. Will definitely stick with them. Thanks Sam honest work.

We had some issues with our A/C, it wasn’t getting cold. Called SWAT and they came out same day. Brandon was very knowledgeable, professional and efficient. Answered all my questions and had us fixed and cool in no time at all. Felt I was fairly charged as well. Will definitely be using them in the future. Highly recommend!

Always have prompt response from Todd and team whether for new install, service or even troubleshooting. They take care of multiple locations for us around Houston. We have worked with multiple HVAC companies. S.W.A.T. is top notch.

Absolutely amazing!
Came out to see me earlier than the quoted time, which is great because my house was hot without running AC. Brandon, the service rep, was extremely quick and explained everything thoroughly. He even showed me everything that he saw. Very fairly priced as well! HIGHLY recommend!

I am so glad I called this company. After receiving the runaround from the company who put in my system, I looked elsewhere. The "SWAT" team showed up on time, diagnosed and repaired the problem immediately. Even more surprising, the part was still under my extended warranty and I only paid a nominal labor change. The repair technician Brandon was courteous and professional. These are honest people and I will do business with them in the future. If you have an air or heating problem, don't hesitate to call the "SWAT" team.

Honest, straight forward pricing. They’re actually able to fix your current unit instead of trying to sell you something that you don’t need. Would recommend them to everyone

Tech came out & replaced a bad furnace ignitor. He was friendly/knowledgeable and had my furnace heating normally in short order. The only negative I have is he did not send me a summary of what was done to fix my furnace although I did receive an email receipt for payment for repairing my furnace.

Update Dec 20 2024: Todd at Spring Woodlands Air Technicians sent me the detailed invoice of the work performed. I am now satisfied for the great customer attention & service received.
