The service technician arrived on time and I received a phone call when he was on the way. Sam was very professional and understanding my issues with the heating system. He did a great job and now I have a warm house again.
I would definitely recommend this company to anyone needing heat or or A/C service.

I’m not here to leave a zero star just to hurt a business, because that’s not fair so I’m putting 5 stars. But I do think this company seriously needs to reconsider their pricing structure — they’re way overpriced.

I called today asking for help installing two thermostats I just bought on Amazon. I was willing to pay a little extra just to make life easier, but I was honestly shocked when I was quoted $125 per thermostat, totaling $250. Keep in mind, the two thermostats together only cost me $90 during Amazon Prime week.

I decided to just do it myself. I watched one quick TikTok video and had both installed in 30 minutes — and I have zero experience doing this. So if I could get it done that fast, I’m sure a professional would be even quicker. It’s a brand new home with a modern AC system, so it’s not like this was a complicated or old setup.

I was ready to spend maybe $150 max for both, but $250 for a half-hour job is just wild to me. I’m honestly glad I saved my money and handled it myself, but I really hope this company rethinks their pricing before they start losing potential customers over something this simple.

When my AC stopped working, in August heat!, I called SWAT and spoke with Todd. He walked me through trying to do a quick fix, unfortunately it didn't work. He couldn't get me in that day ( I did call at 4 pm, so understandable), but I was scheduled the next day. Sam, technician, called & was running ahead of schedule and could come earlier than acheduled, so that was a win! He evaluated everything, explained in detail that I could understand and fixed the upstairs unit. Unfortunately, the lower floor unit needs a part that is currently not in stock anywhere, so we wait (and pray for rain to cool things down!). From the start, everyone has been nice & professional, would recommend highly!

SWAT It’s always on time. I always get the same technician got to know them over the years. There fast friendly And keep it clean. I like that they call me when it’s time for routine maintenance appointments. Always satisfied.

I woke up to my AC not working. A friend sent me their number because she has had excellent service provided by Todd. Todd was here within about an hour and had my AC running within less than 30 minutes! The kindness, professionalism, and promptness was spot on! I highly recommend SWAT!

As usual Todd was extremely helpful and patient, I had to replace one of my units and I had a lot of questions! Everything went smoothly and within two days it was nice and cool in the house again. This company is honest and reliable and the prices are fair. You can't go wrong with SWAT AC!
