A/C quit cooling 7/25. Called them that afternoon. They came out when promised that day. Sebastian & Lincoln were great and got it fixed and cooling quickly. Even checked my unit to see if was under warranty (which it was) 🙂. Will definitely use them in the future.

I have been a Total Comfort A/C customer for almost 9 years. I bought a new home builders special in 2008. Well the builders got me with a builders special AC.....Cheap as chips POS. And every time it would fail it would be on the weekend or the holiday's. Total AC came out on a summer
Saturday and got it done. These guys helped me patch this thing through until its dying breath over the years. Well it just happened..... I had to bite the bullet with a new system. I did my home work on pricing etc... looked at other AC providers. Total AC came through with a very competitive bid and won the work from me. They had already won my trust over the years.of service... These guys have INTEGRITY.

What an amazing company to work with! They showed up the same day I called to help me with my problem, and they also moved things around to get my repair done faster. I have used them both for my place of business and my home. Highly recommend!

Great service very professional

A guy named Jose provided service for a building my place of work is located in. Once he completed his service he was talking to one of the building manager in our office and stated “As long as you’re happy who cares about the tenants” He was very unprofessional and should’ve AT LEAST waited until he walked out of our office to say what he had to say. Maybe he should start thinking before he speaks.

Horrible people management and employees are very unprofessional I highly recommend taking your business somewhere else

considering the ads on the tv from John Moore,, Abacus and several other companies for a complete drain cleanout at the price of $49.99 to $69.99 I believe the price of $351 was way way overpriced!
I am a long time customer and am very disappointed in this price!

The technician was kind and professional; however, I don’t believe the issue of my leaking faucet was thoroughly assessed. He mentioned that part of the wall might need to be removed to investigate the valves and noted that most plumbing companies charge $300 per hour. My home is only 4 years old. While I appreciated him taking the time to explain the benefits of my water softener system, I would have preferred that more focus be placed on the leaking faucet, which was the primary concern.

I had mentioned the possibility of debris in the water during the initial call, but I’m still unclear if that was the actual issue. I was seeking a comprehensive and professional assessment of the issue. Ultimately, I chose to go with another company that was able to both assess and resolve the problem at a much more reasonable cost than what I was initially quoted.

I appreciate the company waiving the service fee. The company clearly has integrity but my hopes were to get the problem resolved that day. Not the best experience but certainly not the worst.

Called about a plumbing concern and was scheduled the same day. Frankie was friendly and identified the issue right away. Very happy with the service.
