Milton Frank did a great job for me, actually they didn't do the job yet but we had to negotiate around my paycheck. They were willing to negotiate it worked out best for both of us and I'll give you another update when they come out tomorrow and fix my problem. Cody did a great job checking things out and making sure he knew what was going on and he gave me a decent estimate and I'm looking forward to working out with your team. Thanks for all your help.

While they came and fix the issue within 30mins or less. I had already told them what the problem was so they didn’t really have to do much. They charged over $400 to just snake the kitchen sink and kept trying to up sale other services and get me to join a membership. Not sure what happened to someone coming out doing the work that was needed at a reasonable price. Even though they fixed the problem I would not use them again as I feel I was ripped off.

Quick and professional. I enjoyed that the company sends you a photo of the technician and their name, so you know who is supposed to arrive. I called, and within two hours, I was serviced and up and running. I'm not saying it will be like that for everyone, but it was for me. Cameron was highly professional and knowledgeable.

We recently had an A/C failure and the first company came out, looked at the unit and said we needed a new compressor - no testing no effort. I call Milton Frank who sent out a tech who thoroughly and methodically tested each part of the compressor, explaining what he was doing and why. The outcome was the same, the difference was the professionalism and confidence I had in his conclusion. I would highly recommend Milton Frank. We use the company for our A/C and plumbing needs and have always been impressed with their performance.

Our service provider was phenomenal. He is skilled, patient, personable, everything you would want and expect from a well established business. This was one of the best plumbing experiences we've had since we've owned our home.

Matthew came out and did a great job with helping me to better understand a very complex issue caused by whoever installed the spare bath toilet plumbing when the house was built.

They have excellent plumbers , great office staff, and they akways go out of their way for their customers. This company has more integrity than any company I have ever encountered . They went out of their way to get the problem resolved. I highly recommend this company. They have always been a cut above!

Micah and Lorenzo were on time, very polite, helpful, and efficient! New toilet installation, install new shut off valve for main water line outside, and repair to existing toilet. I use Milton Frank because they guarantee their work and respond when needed!

Cody did a great job completing repairs to a couple of our faucets, including careful work on our tub that saved the existing faucet and prevented a large bill for the replacement. He was polite, thorough, and very professional. A joy to work with!

He completed our annual safety inspection, and pointed out a couple of supply lines that might need attention in the future.

MFP team did a great job in identifying an issue with our tankless water heater. Came up with a quick solution to replace all in the same day at a very reasonable price. We have used them for over 24 years and will continue to do so.

Alan did a great job today repairing our toilet issues. He was extremely professional and answered every question. He made the whole process pleasant.

Milton Frank Plumbing & Cooling came through clutch for us this past week. I did not know if they could see me so last minute but they came out quickly after service was scheduled. Could not have asked for a better technician than Frankie to help us get back to normal (clogged line in bathroom where A/C condensation line drains). He was courteous and explained the whole process as he performed the work. His final summary of the work, in the invoice, was also helpful in visualizing what had been done. My neighbor recommended Milton Frank Plumbing and Cooling after one of our units stopped working. They sent a technician same day I called. Geo was our technician and he was exceptional. He was respectful, pleasant, informative, and diagnosed and repaired our unit in less than an hour. I am very happy with the experience and highly recommend!

Very positive experience with all aspects of service. From the technician inspection, estimate clarity, to the scheduling, the installation and invoicing, the process was extremely professional and all of the employees were excellent to work with.

Previously rated these guys 5 stars. Dropped to one star over price gouging. The same professional service for suddenly 5 times the price with no warning and zero justification of the new prices. Time and materials cost don't come anywhere close to the staggeringly high charges that they won't tell you until you pay them to show up. They have shifted from expensive but fair for the quality to absurdly expensive without reason.
