We signed up for the annual service contract, and today was the 2nd 6 month service for this year. I'm so glad we did this. Not only are the service techs knowledgeable and helpful, they also let me know what they did and where the rooms are that may be hotter in winter and colder in summer due to ducting. It certainly reminds us to have ac filters ready when they get here, and they install them for us each time. Terrific company and personnel. I highly recommend them.

They were excellent. They came over and fixed the issue within 30 mins.

My 24 year old furnace stopped working. Isaac came out and diagnosed, anwered all my questions, and gave me a quote for a new one on the spot. The quote was a good price as I had another company come out and do the same, but their quote was much higher. Fredy, their installer was out the next morning and had the new unit installed in 2 1/2 hours. He was knowledgeable and cleaned up completely. Furnace works great. Will continue to use EXPO in the future.

Our technicians were awesome! In addition to being highly knowledgeable and professional, they also informed us by text 90 minutes prior to their arrival time And they were spot on!

Bryant blower motor and control card were replaced under warranty in February and we were well pleased with Expo''s response & professionalism.
When the Unit quit working yesterday, I called Expo this morning, ithey showed up promptly, and found the problem to be a motor wire that had vibrated loose.
Easy fix for them, no charge to me, so all''s good & I highly recommend these guys to anyone requiring service to their heating/cooling system.

Awesome guys came out to fix my AC unit. They were very friendly, courteous and professional. They determined the issue quickly and had it fixed in a very short time. I have had techs in the past try to sell me more than I needed as well as crooks trying to sell me new units. These guys were very honest. Incredibly rude and unprofessional staff answering the phone. I was asked if I wanted regular service or urgent service. When I asked what the difference was, the receptionist told me that she wouldn’t be able to move forward until I decided which type of service I wanted. When I said I’d like urgent service, she assured me that a tech would be available today.

After 10 minutes worth of collecting my information, the receptionist denied having told me that a tech was available today. When I pointed out that she’d started out by telling me someone was avilable today, she replied “I didn’t say someone was available today, I said I’d be happy to assist you”. When I followed up by asking what the earliest available appointment for regular service was, she said there was no difference between the urgent and normal service and that it was the same time slot the next day.

How can you not know what services or technicians you have available until after a customer gives you all of their information? The front desk at this company needs training.

Expo Heating and Air Conditioning has provided except service for our home for over 11 years. All the technicians are knowledgeable trustworthy and professional. I’d recommend them for all your hvac needs.

Great job as always. I can’t say enough about how good this company is and it’s the only company that we use in the past 6 years when we need services on heating and cooling at our house. Expo Heating and Cooling is prompt, very thorough, and always explains what the issue is, if any. Easy to work with, on time and courteous .great price, no surprises. They always send a photo of who your technician will be and when they’re on the way. I have used them for my home personally, as well as for clients. I can't say enough about Expo. I called at 630am, and they were at my home by 12:15. Isaac was so professional and upfront at what needed to be done. He fixed my AC in less than an hour. Definitely will be using them again for my AC needs.
