BEWARE!!! BEWARE!!! BEWARE!!!

This company attempted to scam us and rip us off BIG TIME.

We were having some temperature issues in our home. We have a brand new built home and it raised a red flag when the tech said “I am betting your unit is too small for this house” before even beginning his assessment. They had a salesperson stop by the very next day to tell us we needed a brand new system, even new ductwork too. He couldn’t explain himself when telling us that our system was sized correctly but we definitely needed a new system. What?! Something was way off about all of this so we had another company come in and check things out. Within 10 mins of them being here the second opinion company fixed the issue. A simple setting on our dehumidifier and we saw a change in temp in seconds. That was it. The guy didn’t even charge us a fee for coming out. We haven’t had issues with our system since. Champion and Nash, SHAME ON YOU for scamming people!! You quoted us over $50,000 for things that did not need to be done at all! Not even close!! You are dishonest and predatory!! SHAME ON YOU!!

Lakota was the technician that diagnosed our problem and he came to replace the equipment that was leaking. He completed the work sooner than he initially said it would take. We are pleased the work is completed, and the system is back running.

Kevin was outstanding at locating and explaining the issue with our heating system. Very patient and knowledgeable! Outstanding 24/7 service.

Alexa provided me with great information and was extremely helpful throughout the entire process. She was kind, patient, and made everything easy from start to finish.

Jeff checked the heating system to determine an odor. Unfortunately, he also found a hole in the roof and duct work that has been chewed by a critter. He was very helpful in helping me find a roofing repair company for today. He gave me an estimate for the ductwork repair and will send it to my email for final reading and signing. Thank you, Jeff, for your expertise and courtesy.

Brennen and Jody were real pros and made me feel great about my annual subscription with Champion and Nash. Was having cooling issues in my primary and pool house. They came out next day, diagnosed both systems within an hour and whipped up a comprehensive plan to fix the issues and the rest of the team is out this week to finish the job. They are not the cheapest, but definitely not the priciest. Value feels spot on and you get what you pay for. Always a pleasure working with C&N!

Nightmare scenario finding water coming from under the floorboards and staining the walls. Discovered quickly the culprit was a backed up drainage line from the furnace.

Brennen from Champion & Nash arrived quickly and diagnosed the issue fast. He provided several options as he went along and kept me informed along the way. He even provided me with information to ensure this problem doesn’t arise again. Brennen was very professional and knowable which put me at ease. Our AC stopped blowing cold air after the storm. Brennan came out quickly, figured out it was the capacitor, fixed it, and was gone again within an hour. He’s been to our property before and is always personable, respectful, and knowledgeable. We are grateful for Brennan and champion Nash- we are long time customers!

Lakota is an exceptionally thorough and incredibly knowledgeable technician. He genuinely listened to and addressed every single issue we brought up. Our a/c was making a loud droning noise after a furnace install. He spent 2 hours thoroughly inspecting everything and explaining in detail what the cause is. He was able to adjust the blower speed to dampen the noise as much as possible which also helped the system blow cooler air as well. He is a fantastic service man and we will definitely be requesting him for future maintenence needs.
