They cleaned the carpet very well but who ever is the guy that pick up the phone is very rude….. need to be more professional. Other then the boss nasty attitude m, the workers are good people.

This is the second time I used Steamway for cleaning my couches. I have light tan couches and two young kids. This time I waited a little longer to call than I wanted too. I said to myself "if this doesn't work I will buy a new couch". Well I get to keep my couch! I wish I took a before and after picture. Next time I will because I will be using Steamway again!
