Completely rude and disrespectful on the phone. Wouldn’t recommend this company if my life depended on it. Who ever answers their phone will try to make u feel stupid when asking questions
Used them once, never again. Every time you turn around an extra charge shows up "extra long hose charge" told them "no its ok just drive on the grass" nope..... we need a longer hose and more $$$$$. Go anywhere else but here
Very professional an knowledgable. They were able to detect a clog and clear it. I have been using A-1 for the last 15 years and recommend them for your septic system
Very unprofessional and very rude. Their driver hit my gate and treated me like it was my fault ... I will never use them again... Also paid for a lid that it took them weeks to install.
