After gaining 4 designs and bids for our pool addition. Lagniappe pools won our trust and business. The a “little something extra” motto is truly reflected in the finished product. Such a beautiful addition to our home. Matt, Chris and the entire crew were fantastic throughout the project. Communication was excellent and the project was on budget and completed slightly earlier than anticipated. I highly recommend Langiappe pools for your new projects pools, kitchens or rebuilds!!

I searched for over a year for the right company to do my pool and out of all the companies interviewed, Lagniappe was above and beyond a standout from the first phone call to well after the pool was completed. Matt and his team are the absolute best contractor I have ever worked with. He walked us through each step, answered all of my questions, responded to calls and texts in a timely manner, and ensured that every detail was perfect. Matt and his team were on site often and in many cases, doing the work himself (thats a quality in an owner thats hardly found anymore.) My pool, spa, outdoor kitchen, and decking were perfect and met every expectation that was set at our original meeting. His company slogan is "a little extra" and thats not quite true as he gave "a lot extra" by way of his professionalism, pricing (which was very competitive and void of artificial markups we had seen with other quotes), and quality of work. Matt treated me like family and for that, he will always have my business and trust. If youre looking to get a pool, dont hesitate to contact Lagniappe. They will absolutely exceed your expectations!

We could not have better things to say about Lagniappe Pools and more specifically, Matt. He was extremely professional, communicative, timely, and all-around easy person to bounce ideas off of and work with. He listened to our requests and very quickly sent us a design that brought our vision to life.

Once construction began, Matt and/or Wayne were onsite multiple times a day to check on progress and keep us updated on timelines. We felt completely “in the loop” without having to ask for updates. The contractors were also all very professional and kept the worksite tidy.

We were very fortunate to find Lagniappe Pools to work on our project. After working with several other pool companies to quote out our project we found Lagniappe to be easy to work with as far as staying within our budget and having a quality project with all the features we wanted. Matt and team were very easy to communicate with throughout the project and the crew was very good at what they do, when there were things we were concerned about throughout the build process Lagniappe was quick to address. The work was done very efficiently and the materials used were of the highest quality throughout the process from the pool build, decking to the outdoor kitchen. Lagniappe is very efficient at what they do and had our project was completed in perfect time to get us in before the end of summer. We love the app and ability of managing the pool equipment and features via phone. The kitchen is beautiful and has everything we need for a great time spent outdoors. The kitchen was also built in a spot that provides shade on the pool in the hot summer afternoon hours which ended up being an awesome perk. Thanks Lagniappe!!

After researching pool companies for over a year, we were recommended by friends who contracted Lagniappe Pools to build their pool. They were so complimentary of the level of service and how smooth everything was going we had to go check them out, and we are now so happy that we did! We met with Matt Mitchell who walked us through the process and designed a beautiful pool with the features that we wanted. Their bid was in line with other bids we received, however as we looked closer we noticed that many of the upgrades that we wanted that were extra costs at the competition were already included in Lagniappes bid as standard! We saw that as a great value and figured out what “a little something extra” meant. We were also impressed with the quality of the equipment and materials used. Once we signed the contract things began to move VERY quickly! It wasn’t long before they started digging and we had gunite just few days after! The trades all did a very good job and were very professional. The whole process was communicated, scheduled, and executed in a timely manner with superior craftsmanship. The pool was completed inside the time frame they quoted which was also quicker than other bids we received. Chris Ellis the PM is very knowledgeable and gave us a lot of helpful tips on how to maintain our pool and how to use the equipment. He along with Matt were on-site during the whole process making sure everything was perfect. Choosing the right pool company to trust with such a big expense is challenging, as I had heard so many horror stories of other pool companies not delivering what they promised. Lagniappe Pools is the real deal, stop shopping around and trust them to do your project, you won’t be disappointed!

Working with Lagniappe Pools for our new beautiful backyard was such a pleasure! Matt was amazing from beginning to final project. When I bought a new little house, I envisioned my backyard and spoke with a number of people and got more confused & anxious.

Then I thought of Matt & Lagniappe Pools because one of my friends had used his business for a flawless & gorgeous pool and backyard project.
It was so beautiful and perfect. I thought it was gonna cost me a pretty penny but I was willing to meet with Matt, Get some ideas and at least get a quote. Man was I ever happily amazed at the quote and quickly moved forward.

When I initially called Matt, he “answered” his phone (rare these days!) and showed up on time. In addition to working quickly and timely, he listened to me and understood my vision. Then he took it beyond what I could imagine with Amazing ideas and completed the project in a timely manner beyond my expectations…no hassles or hiccups. All perfect. 🤩

The pool brothers just repaired a copping tile for us. We found them flexible, on time, great communication and quality work.

Made 2 different appointments with Gabriel Gomez.
The 1st appointment was broken due to an automobile breakdown. The 2 time there was no show, no courtesy call and not answering my phone call.
Both times I changed my schedule to accommodate for Gabriel Gomez and both times a no show.
This is not Professionalism. I wonder if the work is done the same.

Pool Brothers completed a pool remodel for my home. They were quick in giving us a quote and soon after we confirmed their affordable price we were able to start and complete our Backayrd renovation. Would absolutely recommend if you're in the Houston area.

I hired Brothers Pools and Construction to do a complete rehaul of my front landscaping. It was the builder's plants and they were in really bad shape. BPC's work far exceeded my expectations. The crew was prompt and efficient. They were careful to clean all of the debris and gave my new plants a good watering before leaving. They even added extra mulch to my trees, so everything looks uniform. It's perfect! The price was affordable and well worth it. I will definitely be back when it is time to do the backyard.

This company has very poor service and does not honor warranty. Don’t pay them until completely satisfied. A year ago they installed a pool for me, have not heard from them since, didn’t do what was agreed on. Didn’t honor warranty, very poor workmanship, left an incomplete job. Hire at your own risk. (Will only reply/respond to presales inquiries) after that, good luck. Update 06/15/2025 since I have paid this company, I have not heard a thing from these crooks. it is still a bad company to do business with, now they go by TopGun Masonary as well!! Buyers beware!!

Pool Brothers Construction Helped us with a recent pool remodel. We had a great experience at the showroom picking out our new material for our waterline and spa as well as new plaster color. Every aspect was extremely easy and professional. This company was reliable and on time and always maintained communication with any type of delays. We are very pleased with the results and would highly recommend this company for your future pool renovation needs.

These guys are terrible. They remodeled by pool a year ago and I immediately had issue, not only while they were working on my pool but after. I had to correct obvious issues, like making the tile straight, but his staff was also using the restroom behind my shed, which smelled so bad I could barely breath when I walk outside. To having installing the bubble feature incorrectly and removing my pump switches completely where I could not and still cannot turn it off unless I shut down the entire pool. To water comes inside my house due to the slope of the tile, which they assured me they would install a drainage system to stop water coming in, and they never fixed it, also I have roughly 40 tiles plus that are already cracked, with a 5 yr. warranty they are not honoring. In addition they have posted pictures of my pool in which I have told them to take down since they put it up a year ago and they refuse. They will not respond to calls, text or emails. Do not hire these guys they are crooks.
