I had been smelling a horrible smell for a couple of years and thought it was my plumbing but turns out it was in my air ducts. I called my regular AC company and they said they don’t clean air ducts because it can damage them. My unit is 18 years old and decided to go with a restoration company. I called Beacon and they sent out Clay and Antonio. These two were hard working and did a great job cleaning my air ducts and AC coils. The smell is gone and I swear the AC is cooling so much better AND without the nasty smell. Thank you Beacon, Clay and Antonio! Great job!!

I've worked with Stephen @ Beacon Restoration twice in the last year to remediate mold issues in my home. I highly recommend Beacon Restoration for their speed, knowledge and quality work. Dealing with mold can be quite stressful but working with Stephen and the crew minimized any stress. Stephen patiently answered all of my many questions and concerns while the crew's careful attention to sealing off the area, containing/removing/disposing of the mold all while running air scrubbers, followed by dehumidifiers, confirmed they are experts who know what they are doing. Beacon and its crew are very courteous and respectful and great to work with! I had water damage to my home and beacon was there within an hour to begin the remediation. I also hired Beacon to do the restoration as well and it was a great experience! I recommend Beacon Restoration Services!

My water restoration went well but after being offered to bid the rebuild Steven never sent me a estimate for the rebuild.

I called to schedule an appointment for services and spoke to a representative that was very condescending and dismissive. My husband and I asked what the price would possibly be to have someone come out to see if we had mold and was quoted $650 for someone to “test” to see “if” we have mold. (He then made a remark saying that’s not a lot when it comes to your health). Considering we are consumers and not professionals when it comes to mold, we would expect someone to be a little more friendly when speaking to potential customers. I would not recommend.
