Dont let this guy Hussan fool you. He hung up on me today twice. Had excuses for everything. Very rude. Sorry it's my fault that your guys left my carpet with soap stains. Sister in law tried to reschedule him to come out to fix the carpet and he rescheduled twice and lied but finally did come fix it today. I just had to waste an entire day waiting for him but he had tons of excuses and blamed it on everyone. Too bad I speak Spanish and spoke to his employees and got to truth. This guy is very shaddy. Do not pay him in cash or he will bite you. Lucky I paid with credit card.

Went into the showroom 3 or 4 people at the desk. I was well inside of the store before even being acknowledged. Spent time looking at the samples of carpet. NOT ONE person came to assist. VERY POOR customer service. Left store now 2 people at desk..still nothing.

Colony Flooring Design is a great please to find all your home improvement needs. The place is a little overwhelming at first visit. They have just about anything needed. It is recommend you visit when you have time to look around.

Colony Flooring has been helping us with new carpet and flooring since 1998 through three homes. And the kitchen granite that they put in our house in 2013 was beautiful, allowing for a quick sale due to the interest.

I was quoted a high price, I agreed to it only because they told me I needed 3 slabs @ $2500 each, even though the installer clearly stated I only needed 2, after measuring. They only used 2, I asked for a refund of $2,500, since they only used 2, they refused. BUYER BEWARE!!! I will NOT do business here ever again 😒 Amir states on a recorded phone call that he IN FACT not only charged me for 3 slabs, but OVERCHARGES customers for material in hopes of RESELLING the leftover for profit. Please review the demand letter you'll be getting! SEE YOU IN COURT!

Been doing business with Colony Flooring for almost 5 yrs now and no matter what they always come thru. Their word is their contract - the paper you sign is just a formality. Always competitively priced and quality of work is second to none. Selection is as good as you will find anywhere in Houston area. Talk to Hassan or Alex and become part of the Colony family.

Did the entire ground floor of my home in tile that looks like variable width wood. Colony did good quality work, kept to the schedule promised, and they were competitive on price. Overall professional to deal with, a good experience.

Had a great experience working with Hassan and his crew. From the estimate to scheduling to installation you could tell these people care about what they do. The job they did on the stairs - just beautiful. Only regret is that we didn't do this sooner!

We had a wood floor installed 6 years ago and it is awesome. So we went back without shopping around when we decided to get carpet done. Carpet install team was excellent and carpet looks good. The issue is the amount of time it’s taken to get it installed because of the salesman Alex. He is terrible at follow thru. We were having them do the stairs as well, and Alex has been horrible at planning the work. Just called today and cancelled the work. Probably over $5000 dollars of stair work. While Colony flooring may be good, I’d stay away from Alex. Ask for someone else. Just read another bad review of Alex. Wish I would have read it first.

Great experience in a painful remodeling process, Colony Flooring made it very easy for me, all the work teams sent to my project were all pro and very detailed. Not mentioning, Hasan helped from the conceptual design to picking the tiles, don't know if I would make it all the way by myself without him.

Most importantly, we were able to complete the project with the deadline I had.

Enjoyed working with Hassan when buying several rooms of carpet. I was able to take home several samples before making final decision. Scheduled installation at time of purchase. Included in price was the removal and disposal of old carpet, moving of furniture and installation of new carpet. I was very impressed with the installation crew who completed the project ( 3 rooms, 3 closets and stairway) in 2 days. They took extreme caution when moving furniture in and out of room and even when they had to take furniture apart to move out of room. They also kept surrounding areas clean of their carpet tools. I highly recommend Colony Flooring and will continue to use them for future flooring projects.

Received an excellent service from Mr. Shawn. Tile was installed in a timely manner. His crew made an awesome work, were always on time, kept us informed during the process and their job was clean and neat. We are very happy with the end result!
