Struggled to get the attention of an employee to ask a simple question. Five employees in the counters and all trying to avoid eye contact or avoid being helpful. A simple "I will be right with you" should suffix.

Awful customer service !!!! I pre-ordered some LED lights, which they sold them to someone else in my face. Then they told me that they don't have any more. I won't do anymore business with this unprofessional people anymore. Even the store manager didn't anything to resolve the problem.

As a professional industry supplier, they should have some guys who at least have a basic understanding of the material they're selling you. Rather, the place is filled with mindless airheads who couldn't tell a conduit from a box. I cringe every time I have to come here, I've never been in and out under 30 minutes, and I ALWAYS have to call my shop and get them to re-place the order or get the PO to "remind" them. For all the wait times you'd expect them to get the orders right.. right? Wrong. I can safely say at least half of my orders here have included incorrect parts, not enough parts, or additional parts I didn't request. If you can find a Wholesale or Crawford, they'll take much better care of you.

If the guys in the back could ever get an order right the first time then it would be 5 stars. Inside service is great! They have costed me time and $ that can never be replaced! Everyone check your order before you leave this place.

Worse experience very rude no customer service!! I’m building my house I bought some electrical items from them. Richard helped me . After my election installed the meter can few items he said he never ordered I tried to return them sales person Richard told me it has been over the time period he cannot take it back I asked him to issue me store credit and I need to buy lots of more stuff for home but he denied at the same time one other sales rep who was sitting right side of him start making comments and laughing I feel so insulted the way he was passing his comments I asked why you guys don’t have any store policy sign there is no policy sign in whole store. I asked speaking to manager or district manager I need to speak but they told me ha is in a meeting they gave me his card “Mando Rodarte” and told me he saying call me back instead of asking my number and saying he contact me . I’m very upset and not recommending to buy from here due to my experience. all the material was in good shape never been touched.

If I say the rubbers are sitting on customer service it would not be wronged I purchased one Breaker GFTCB 250 it was sold out to me for $ 108 my next visit I needed the same breaker again the anothr sale man wearing glass who was sitting at middle seat of front desk asked me $ 140 I did not buy and bought from Amazon the another breaker GTTCB 120 he asked me $ 120 while Amazon is selling the same breaker in $ 74 it is big difference of price. No benefit for opening an account very rude customer service I informed him I would make a complaint about your behavior and the high price he told me he could provide the phone number if I needed to complain against him !!. do not recommend buying from this store still replacing all staff from customer service if they want to increase their sales of the store

I was working on a job and I was coming from out of state. Just looking for a voltmeter, I got there at 5:31 and they close 5:30.
I talked to two guys and they knew what I was looking for, they even told me yes we have them but we are, so I ask, is there any way you can help me, nope we are close. It doesn't take much to be nice and have a good customer service but obviously these guys don't have it.

Salesmen at this location really knows their stuff. Will call is the fastest out of any of the other locations in Houston and trust me I have been to all the locations in and around Houston. Stafford location is by far superior!! Thanks guys!!
