Horrible service. They are the City of Houston emergency contractor but don't work at night nor do they consider a problem caused by the city urgent. I had to handle getting temporary power myself because they could not be bothered. Took 28 days to come and fix the problem caused by the City.

I recently hired Aspire Sales and Electrical to do some electrical work at my house. They are very professional, prompt, courteous and do great work! I highly recommend Aspire Sales and Electrical!

Got a quote from them to install a generator for the ENTIRE house. Bought the generator ourselves. So to install we were told it would be $5,000. We agreed, signed the contract, and put $379 down. They came to install it and then told us we needed two transfer switches instead of one. That it would be an ADDITIONALLY $2,500! How are you going to increase it by 50 percent! Stay away from this company. They do not keep their end of the deal. Their error on the signed contract and want us to pay. NEXT

We had flickering lights. Our underground wire was damaged and our meter had to be moved outside. They were able to start right away. They also replaced our electrical panel bringing it up to code. Ross and Gus were the electricians for the installation. Ross explained everything he was going to do and install and was very personable which made my wife and I feel very comfortable with the work they completed. I would recommend this company. I would give them 5 Stars.

Great company, they go above and beyond to help. I personally had a commercial job that I needed service for that required replacement of a lot of fixtures. Pricing was great and the team continued to keep me updated. Rick and Cara are great at this office.

Dependable service handled in my absence. Instruction to gain access to unit followed perfectly. Received notifications on my phone during each step of the maintenance process. Engaged Aspire to install a generator interconnect so that the generator could power the whole house. The scope of work was determined and agreed through email conversation, and work was scheduled after some necessary parts were obtained.

We had two electricians (actually three because the first brought a helper who was being trained). The first installed the waterproof outlet and the panel connection (including a new circuit breaker for the generator). The second installed the interconnect lock so that the generator and power grid can't accidentally be on at the same time; they were mutually exclusive.

The first also installed a new outside GFCI outlet to power Christmas lights and the such.

At all times were the three men respectful, careful, and attentive to my desires. They also patiently explained best practices for using the generator, where connecting and disconnecting must be done properly.

I hope I don't need an electrician, but if I do then Aspire is at the top of my list. Recommended.

Purchased generator from Aspire in 2020. In September 2022 electricity in half of our house went out overnight. Called another electrical company who identified the problem as a loose lug in the transfer switch that Aspire put in with generator. Electrician pushed the lug back into contact and power was restored. I contacted Aspire who came out a couple of weeks later. I told them that since the lug lost it’s contact on its own that it should be covered under warranty. Warranty is 5 years both from factory and Aspire. Either the lug came from the factory loose (defective material) or their installer had done something during installation that made the lug loose. The lug can’t be tightened. So in my mind it could lose contact again. Aspire said that since the other company had opened the transfer switch box that it would probably invalidate the warranty. They said they would check with the manufacturer and get back to me last October. I have followed up with them since then a number of times but have received no determination or feedback. I believe they just think I will eventually go away. When they put the generator in I thought they did a good job but their customer service and honoring their warranty since then has been horrible in our situation. Had I known they would treat me like this I would have purchased from a different dealer.

I have a generator that was i stalled by them couple years ago. I have called them, texted them and email them to get them to come here and service it. So far the only response I have gotten is an email that was sent to me by mistake. By the way the email was about overhauling a generator. I think they probably just wait until the generators break so they can come and charge more to fix it, instead of doing the scheduled maintenance. Word of advice just look for somebody else to get your generator serviced

Excellent company to work with- customer focused. We worked with Ross to develop our generator purchase. He was great: listening, answering all our questions. Ross and Gus came out and set everything up for installation. Gus came out and did installation- excellent work and walked us through how everything worked. Ross followed through and came out to check out the installation and answer any question - all good. Ross and Gus are excellent- I highly recommend Aspire.

These guys were great, the service was down right all over it. When you use a business that has been doing this exact type of work, day in and day out, there's no way things can go crazy. If you looking to get your system installed I would strongly suggest to use Aspire, there's Aspire and then there's the other guys. Thank you so much Rick, for taking good care of us.

Well once again Aspire is out standing they first called and said "Hey it's time for your 6th month check on your unit" Do it, I said! they came right out and inspected everything and now I know I'm ready for Hurricane season. Thanks Rick your field techs are very sharp and professional I do appreciate their service.

I called them for warranty work on my Honeywell 22kw generator after the storm in July. They were very responsive and kept me informed as to the status of parts. Jesus was great. I highly recommend them.

Hurricane Beryl knock out electricity. Generator failed after two days. Called our service agent for generator 7 times no response. Called Fuller and they answered right away. Came out the next day and fixed two items. Got us back up and running. They were great. Still haven’t heard from my old service provider. Now Fuller is my new service provider. Can’t say enough good things about them.

We have a house generator that didn’t work during hurricane Beryl. Our power was restored quickly after but the generator was blocking it from working. We were desperate for AC. I called so many electricians and most weren’t even answering. One came out yesterday and couldn’t fix it! A Fuller answered and sent someone right away! It was fixed in 10 minutes! He was sooo knowledgeable and friendly and I will always use them going forward! So grateful!

Your employee, or maybe it's actually yourself are completely oblivious to traffic. Blocking intersections when people are trying to cross over. Didn't even look around when honked at repeatedly and trying to get their attention. Too busy eating while driving to pay attention.
This behavior alone would cause me to never use yours services, even if it was an emergency.
