The Urban Foresters team came out to trim and shape up the trees around our house. They were AMAZING! They showed up on time, were careful with their work and controlled where the large branches fell. My trees look great, my yard is getting some sunlight through again so it can regrow and everything is shaped up nicely. Definitely recommend this group!

I couldn't be happier with the work just completed this morning. Nick was my project manager and he was professional from beginning to end. To be honest, I had a quote from another company that was less expensive. However, after walking my property with Nick and discussing my needs, I quickly realized that he understood the job better than the previous company. I chose The Urban Forester and am so grateful that I did.

I requested service to take care of my trees in front and backyard. As soon the crew arrived they took the time to explained to me what they were going to do and how they will do it. They had their safety gear on which was a plus to see. After completion of the job, they showed me the work they did and ensured I was satisfied. I highly recommend them. Professional and respectful. I will use their services again in the future.

This company is very professional and organized. There prices were better than other companies I spoke with. They sent an actual Arborist out who was very helpful with all my questions. I feel like he gave me an honest opinion rather than pushing me to cut down every tree. I have currently only used them for stump grinding, but plan on using them for tree removal this year as well.

I discovered a very large tree limb had cracked and was laying over my garage one morning. It was large enough that if it did fully break off, it would most likely cause massive damage. I frantically called tree professionals in my area and when I reached The Urban Foresters, I was delighted to find out they had an emergency crew who could see me that same day. The representatives were extremely friendly and helpful.
Even the president of the company personally called me to make sure I was being taken care of. They arrived within two hours of my calling and finished everything in an hour. They did an excellent job cleaning up and even grabbed some bundled branches for the wood chipper that were not a part of the problem branch they cut down. I will be using them again to do regular maintenance on my trees and highly recommend this company.

Urban Foresters did a great job trimming several large trees in my yard as well as spring pruning of Crepe Myrtles, Oleanders and Hibiscus. They showed up on time, were very professional, brought all of the right equipment and their team really seemed to know what they were doing. They even did a good job cleaning up everything when they were done.

Wes Schoppe came out initially and helped me figure out what all needed to be done and figured out how to help me stay within my budget.

This is our second time to use the Urban Foresters to trim our trees and we are very pleased with the service. But, more than that we are most impressed with the professional service of this company. Our sales consultant Wes, came out to evaluate our trees, especially the massive backyard oak tree and listen to our concerns without rushing us. This is the fifth time I have used the Urban Foresters to trim my trees and I am 100% satisfied with the result. Wes, a certified arborist, came out and we discussed what needed to be done and he made suggestions. We received a well priced quote to trim our trees and bushes. I called The Urban Foresters the day before a hurricane because we had some branches on our giant pecan tree that were hanging over the roof of our house that we were really concerned might fall in high winds.

Not only did they show up on time and get the work done before we got even one drop of rain, they also did an AMAZING job at a really good price. It was all the more impressive because the pecan tree must be at least 40-50ft tall. Chris, who helped me get the work scheduled was an absolute delight. He is kind, fun, and caring, and the team that showed up at our house was professional, safe, and extremely skilled. They cleared away all the dead branches and got the tree in tip top shape. They also took care of a smaller tree that we had in our yard that we didn't even ask them to do just to make sure everything was as safe as it could be for no extra charge.

I cannot say how much I appreciate The Urban Foresters. I will be a customer for life.

What a great experience! This is the second time that we've hired Urban Foresters to help us with our trees. Jason, Kyle, and the crew were all wonderful! We had some trees that needed to be trimmed, as well as 2 trees that needed to be removed. They did a great job all the way around. Courteous and professional - we will definitely continue to hire them for our needs. I highly recommend them.

We were one of their first customers when they expanded to DFW. These guys are great. They responded quickly, charged reasonable rates, and did a great job cleaning up.

I cannot recommend Urban Foresters enough. We had several trees that needed to be removed and Wes was extremely helpful in assisting us in determining what would be best for our yard. He got us the quote quickly and was available to answer any questions I had. The work was INCREDIBLE. The crew was on time and very professional, they asked some clarifying questions and got right to work. I came home to find the work done just like we discussed. They even went the extra mile and cleaned up some parts of my yard that were messy before they arrived (some leaves and branches on my patio and deck area). The stump grinding team came out the following day and it was the same story. On time, professional and did great work. No trace of the stumps in the yard. He also moved some flat stones out of the way to ensure they weren't damaged during the grinding. When he was finished he cleaned off the deck and patio area before leaving. We are super happy with the work and will definitely use this awesome company for any future work. You should too!

This company did a great job during a busy time of year. I wanted a crape myrtle reshaped, and they worked me into the schedule quickly. The equipment looked good, cleanup was thorough, the crew was easy to communicate with. Initial estimate helped me understand the job and get a sense of why one other tree in my yard was looking bad. I think the work will help all the plants in the long run. Highly recommend.

After calling 2 other businesses, Urban Foresters was the only one that answered/returned my call.
I needed 3 live oak trees in my yard trimmed and Wes came out to assess my trees. He was very knowledgable with what needed to be done and he communicated with me in a timely manner.
The crew that came out and did a nice job with my trees. They were quick and efficient and cleaned up the area after the work was done. I believe it was fairly priced and worth the job that was done since I had not had my trees trimmed for over 3 years.
