Deyney and Carolina did a fantastic job! Our house smells fresh and feels so clean. They even took the time to artfully fold our towels and blankets. What a nice way to come home!

Worst ever experience. 2 cleaning ladies from the simply green did everything against what i told them to do. Acted like they didn't understand a word of English language and the quality of their work was extremely poor. Their cleaning style was such that they cross contaminated everything. , I am highly disappointed with their cleaning ladies and the work they did or didn't do. They caused more trouble than the paid help they provided. I shouldn't have paid this company what I paid.. I paid more than the service i received. It was very stressful to deal with them. I do not recommend this company to anyone.

Dewny and Carolina from Simply clean & Green did a great job. They were friendly, conscientious, hardworking and one of the best teams we’ve had. Very thorough and even though we had a language barrier, Carolina initiated with her translator to ask questions to Make sure she was meeting my expectation like , where is the big trash, where to put the recycling, etc. Would love to have them again.

Everyone seems to work hard, I just could not tell if our home was theirs whether they would pay more attention to details and really dust and clean. Also, my wall diffusers keep on getting unplugged then when put back, they are upside down then the liquid drops to my carpet and stain it. I continue to hope for closer attention to details vs rushing through the cleaning to get done.

The ladies did a great job! I enjoy having a fresh and clean home from a professional company. The company also sends quality control to check how the service was performed.

Hi, I've voiced my concerns to the owner on how awful and low quality the cleaning was. I provided pictures of how dirty the floors were in the living room and kitchen after the cleaners left. They did not even touch the bedroom that was on the 1st level or the office and continually called bothering me on what to remove and not do. The were super slow so I knew they would not make it to my upstairs so I was okay about that. The checklist of the invoice I signed did not get completed of even HALF of my downstairs area and the little bit that was done, and was done poorly! This is a bad business and seems more like a scam to get you to pay a lot just to get more money to buy more time to not complete anything. With my complaint nothing but attitude and sorry we didn't get to this or that and it was difficult was all I got to rectify the poor job done. Now I have to get REAL cleaners to come and do a REAL deep clean because this was a joke and now have to spend more money to get done what was not going to happen with this company no matter the timeframe. Steer clear from this terrible company. It was extremely stressful dealing with Heidi calling me so many times during the cleaning and a complete waste of time.

Today was the second time we used this cleaning service and my husband and I are extremely satisfied. Our house is spotless. I love the fact that the products are non toxic so there is no chemical smell after they’ve cleaned. The staff is friendly and Heidi is awesome! Great job again Simply Clean & Green!

If something isn’t right, they fix it. I also appreciate being able to request my favorite cleaning team. The thoughtful details—like folded towel designs and toilet paper flowers—a clean home gives me true peace of mind.

Oh my goodness!!! 5-Stars!! My regular cleaning crew could not come, and I was desperately trying to find someone to come before the holiday. They had last-minute availability and were even able to come on a Saturday!! I also had a time restriction and needed them to be done in three hours. I honestly didn’t know if they were going to be able to do it in 3-hours AND do a good job! I thought I would have to choose one: quality or quantity since they were new to my home. But this mighty team of 2 did both!!! They were on time, friendly, paid attention to detail & my home looks and feels great! And they left this cute bow. I had used Simply Clean and Green for deep cleans in the past and had always been very satisfied. About 6 months ago I decided to schedule biweekly cleaning and it’s the best decision I’ve made in a while. Extremely satisfied with every clean. What a joy it is to come home to a clean house!! They even have a supervisor that comes to act as quality control every now and then and ensure the company’s high standards. Heidi is wonderful to work with and scheduling/rescheduling is easy. Our furnace was making strange noises, and the technician said it was struggling due to restricted airflow. After a full duct and blower cleaning, everything started running smoothly again. He also performed coil cleaning, which improved the cooling in the upper floors. These guys really know HVAC systems inside and out.!!
