I've been dealing with this company for three years, but my experience has taken a turn for the worse. The damper switch in my brand new home - only four years old - has stopped working correctly. After the recent winter storm, the system hasn't performed as expected. Zone 1 of my house, which includes the master room and bathroom area, consistently gets warmer than the rest of the house in the summer and cooler in the winter. However, this zone never seems to get properly heated, causing the upstairs area to become uncomfortably hot, especially when it's normally cooler.

To resolve this issue, I was shown how to adjust the damper switch, which my family had to learn as well since I'm often away from home. While this temporary fix worked at first, it's now failed me. As a result, I've reached my breaking point and am extremely dissatisfied with the current situation. I'm eager to have this issue resolved or replaced. I'll be contacting them today to express my concerns.
