Customer service or at least the guy I talked to was super rude. I can't believe they have people like that. Seem bothered that we called All I was trying to do was get information about the install and warranty which I didn't get to Because he seemed upset that we were calling While they were having lunch, not to mention, this was around 2 o'clock. While I was asking for information, he cut me off and told me to get to the point. I'll be honest at that point I started getting a little upset the way he was talking. It seemed like he didn't want our business. Or if I was taking up his time. I would never recommend this company. The only reason we call or I called was for my father since he was trying to figure out who installed it and if it was still under warranty . I don't understand why this guy was annoyed. Why have somebody like that taking customer's calls?

I have been using G&P Mechanical for last 10 years for servicing and also used them to replace our old unit. Their techs are always on time and work diligently on the systems. I like that they take the time to review the findings with you in non-tech language and give you options to make best decision. Also used their financing option. Overall very satisfied and will continue to use them and highly recommend.

We contacted C&P through a referral of a family friend. Rarely have we had such a good experience as we enjoyed with G&P Mechanical. Tony brought a superior product and cost effective service to our home in Westbury. The technicians, Issac, Christian and Jamie were on time, hard working and effective. They completed the installation in a timely manner, tested everything and answered all of our questions, going as far as to show us how the new unit works. I would definitely use G&P again and will be passing the referral to those that need such service in the future.

Tony and the team at G&P Mechanical replaced my old system with a complete Trane two-stage, high efficiency system. I had several proposals from other area A/C Contractors, but G&P was the only contractor to offer to insulate the entire attic as part of the proposal. The installers treated my home as if it were theirs. Tony oversaw the complete installation and ensured my complete satisfaction. I couldn’t be more happier with the operation and comfort the system provided and even seeing some savings on the electric bill over the same period 12 months prior. These guys are trustworthy, professional, and technically competent. I highly recommend them.

I had my home’s complete AC system replaced a few months ago with G&P and it was a smooth transaction from start to finish. After doing my due diligence and getting quotes from several companies, I decided to go with G&P for several reasons: their pricing was fair and reasonable, their availability for installation, and most importantly their great customer service. I worked with both Isaac and Tony from G&P and they went above and beyond to get me setup with cool air right as summer was starting. It’s been several months since the new system has been in place and it has been working perfectly ! Thank you G & P!

Tony is very unprofessional. He installed 2 units less than 2 years ago. Tried contacting him to come checkout the A/C units because of an A/C Issue. Been giving me the run around for the past 2 months. I ended up finding another company that was able to come out the next day. Be careful! Both my units had issues less than 2 years.

I must admit I was skeptical due to a couple of the negative reviews, but I am so glad that I didn't allow those reviews to deter me from hiring G&P Mechanical.

I had nothing but a positve interaction from Tony and his team from start to finish, he did everything that we agreed upon and he offered the best competitive pricing. I was given a 1 year warranty on the labor and I am confident that he will honor is work/word.

I have been using G&P Mechanical for 5-6 years, recommended by my parents. They replaced my entire a/c system the same day, has been working great ever since. There always on time and always there when I call them when I schedule my appointments for the maintenance program each year. CUSTOMER BEWARE!!!!!!Very rude and unprofessional! I unfortunately spoke with a guy by the name of Toney who had a very bad attitude and poor customer service skills. I missed his call while I was at work and called back 10 minutes later. He then proceeded to tell me that since I missed his call my a/c appointment had been moved to the following day. I tried explaining to him that I was at work and besides that, it had been ten minutes (if not sooner) that I called him back. He then started with being rude and unprofessional. I do not recommend this company at all!

Why can't Roland Iovescu stop rating his competition's Google accounts at 1 star?? He works for R E I Plumbing and is not a customer of Straus Systems. Possibly an angry ex employee? Anyways, Ive been on jobs with Straus Systems and they do fine work. They are more well known on tge mechanical side but did well on plumbing too.

Unfortunately had a bad experience with these guys... they allow their employees to show up late with no repercussions. As well as hire employees with a short temper that follow small women around and harass them in road rage fits.... for a grown man to follow a woman block her into a parking space then proceed to get out of the company truck and intimidate and harrass her. Really shows alot about this man's character and this companies hiring process. If I were you I would think twice about doing business with a company that allows their employees to treat people like this.

For some back history on the subject. The employee driving the work truck. Blew threw a T intersection in a neighborhood Running 3 hours late for work.... Almost T boning my fiance. She blipped her horn at him. He didn't like it. So she leaves and moves on... no harm no foul right? (Except for him blowing through a stop sign) Removes herself from the situation and he pursues her to the point of blocking her in a parking spot at a local establishment. Then getting out next to her driver door yelling and threatening a small woman that definitely can not defend herself against a man of his size. All this employee got was a slap on the rist.... and that's not enough.... now my fiance is at home scared to leave the house because this employee of this so called company knows where we live and knows our vehicles. So what are the odds of retaliation at this point.... I dont know and I hope I dont have to follow up with a new review.

Unfortunately, I tried to handle this the right way. I called the company instead of the police. One of the employees of this company today, not only almost t boned me, but literally followed me and blocked me in. He then proceeded to get out of his vehicle and try to intimidate me. A girl, he is twice my size. Took me about 15 minutes to lose this guy because he proceeded to follow me. I contacted a manager Rick, Rick said this guy Jeffrey Richardson knows who I am and where I live. Not acceptable for this guy to continue to work for this place of employment. It sounded more like a threat than what they want to do.
