I have used Aquarius for many services in every home that I have lived in for 20+ years. From plumbing to A/C repair or replacement, as well as commercially at work. They are extremely honest, friendly, prompt and efficient and I highly recommend them for all of your HVAC and plumbing needs.

I have not had a better air conditioning experience than with Aquarius. They came out to evaluate my system before the heat of the summer. Normally, technicians will ‘find’ something wrong, just so they can make money. The Aquarius technition was very friendly and seemed very thorough. He found some things that might be an issue with my a/c system in the future but didn’t think it was necessary to fix them right now. He said he thought it best to get the most out of the system before replacing anything. I would highly recommend these guys.

Thanks so much to Peter & Donna Haselow for taking care of our A/C problems quickly and professionally. Our A/C went out over the weekend and they had us a brand new unit installed in one day. Great service from great people at a great company. I would and will definitely recommend Aquarius to anyone in need of HVAC service repair or replacement.

I have used Aquarius several times and at different locations. They always show up on time. Luis discussed all of the options when determining the best system to meet our needs. All of the staff that came into our home were courteous and helpful. I cannot say enough about this team. We will never go anywhere else for our HVAC or plumbing needs.

Aquarius Home Service is an outstanding company. I have used them for years for all of my AC, heating and plumbing needs. The company employees are reliable and dependable. The service is excellent and the prices are reasonable.
As far as I am concerned this is the only company to use for any plumbing or heating need.

From the outset, Louis was very professional, and answered all questions. Price quoted was reasonable. Johnny and his team of installers arrived on time, completed the job quickly and cleaned up following the installation. The entire experience was painless. We definitely recommend Aquarius.

I was really happy with the service provided by Aquarius. I received several quotes for an installation of a tankless hot water heater. I felt that Aquarius gave accurate and truthful information in addition to a reasonable price. They came out on the install date and replaced my two 50 gallon tanks in my attic with one tankless unit within 3.5 hours! We had hot water back again during one of the coldest weeks in January!!! With me being in the service industry professionally for more than 20 years, it is very easy for me to spot world class service. I just did today! Sean, with Aquarius Home Service, visited my home to take a look at my unit. He was punctual, professional, knowledgeable and personable! He shared best practices for how to best run the unit. Sean also provided the what and why to all findings and his recommendations. Because of the initial statement mentioned above, it is also not easy for me to give an endorsement / recommendation. That said, if you are looking for service done right...call Aquarius Home Service! I highly recommend Sean and this company!

I called to inquire on the installation of a uv light and ac tune up. Spoke with Peter and price was great compared to some other companies that I had spoke with. They were able to fit me in the same day which was awesome! Sean was my service tech. He was very knowledgeable, nice, polite, and explained to me what I could do to maintain my ac system. I really appreciate the fact that Sean took off his shoes when entering my home without me even asking. I’m a clean freak and don’t wear my shoes in the house. I will and would definitely recommend them for service!

I only write reviews when I'm extremely pleased or highly dissatisfied. This is a review for the former! The customer service for this company is TOP NOTCH. From the lady who takes the calls and schedules appointments, to the technician (Bernardo) who came out. He did repairs to get me back cool but also let me know I'd soon have to change my unit as it is 15+ years old. But, he never tried to push to sell me anything. He was honest, efficient, patient, kind, professional...and even had a sense of humor! That was a high point for me because I tend to be a jokester.

When I do replace my unit, it will be done by Aquarius.

Fantastic company. I woke up Sunday with no ac and was appalled. It's been over 100 degrees every day for weeks. I called and got their emergency tech Louis and he came out immediately, diagnosed the problem and Monday morning, called to advise me that he had checked and the part was available and under warranty. The office called me and made an appointment and then when Louis was able to come sooner, they called me every 30 minutes to update. I don't remember the names of the women in the office, but they are stars and everyone I dealt with is a credit to the company. Highly recommended.

Aquarius is consistently the best HVAC company in the Fort Bend county area. They came to my home during an emergency after discovering a leak and the price is fair during my emergency. Super knowledgeable and we never feel taken advantage of and the technicians and owner, Peter explains what they are doing.

I don’t usually write reviews but had to put one down. A month ago our A/C went out in the whole house and after doing some research called Aquarius. Someone came out the next day. We ended up having to get two new A/C units after the issue was diagnosed. Throughout the whole the process, the Technician in charge Luis was awesome. He explained what was going on with the system, what would be done etc. Installation crew did a fabulous job. After installation one of the rooms wasn’t cooling well so Luis came out to diagnose the problem and suggested an option which resolved the issue. Through this process I can say I’ve been educated by Luis on A/C’s. Their pricing was reasonable and customer service was fantastic. I had multiple follow up calls from Donna and Luis to make sure everything was working well. I would recommend Aquarius Home Services if you have any HVAC issues. I’m sure they have other good folks but I’ll say ask for Luis.

The team at Aquarius is amazing! They are always very responsive and do an amazing job. I have used other companies in the past who always try to sell me on getting a new AC since mine uses the old freon, when there is nothing wrong with what I have. Aquarius never does that, they are very upfront and honest on the issue at hand. I have had them work on my AC and even had them replace both my water heaters and have been extremely happy!

Just had Justin and Dominic look over and maintenance my two a/c units, best experience I’ve ever had with an a/c company! They were knowledgeable, professional and kind. I will be requesting them for any and all service or maintenance work going forward.

Aquarius put in a whole new 4 ton unit in my home yesterday. From start to finish it was a great experience, starting with Luis coming out to assess my needs and go over the options that I had. He was extremely knowledgeable and certainly knew what he was talking about and clearly explained it all to me. On the day of the installation, they were right on time and Luis was there as well. It was obvious that these guys knew what they were doing and the entire job only took a few hours. Also, the owner of the company even dropped by to introduce himself and check on the installation. That was a nice touch, indeed. This is a very professional and well run organization, and they are local to our area, which is an added bonus. I would highly recommend them, and I will certainly use their services again.

A couple of weeks ago I had Aquarius Home Service replace a very old a/c system that stopped working at a rental home I own. They met me at the house right away and quoted a fair price on a new American Standard A/C. Installation was completed the next business day and my tenants were very pleased the system was installed and functioning without delay.
However, I was not surprised because Aquarius Home Service has consistently provided me outstanding service for about 15 years on my homestead and rental homes.
The owner Pete, manages the staff well and focuses his staff on honestly, first rate work, quality products and above average friendly service.
Donna who frequently answers the phone is very knowledgable and a pleasure to work with. She has a solid gold professional personality.
This kind of service has become rare.

I've been a customer of AQUARIUS for a number of years. All my experiences with them have been rewarding, including the most recent one in September. Their techs are very competent and knowledgeable and their billing is honest. A recommended shop, without reservation.

The issue was diagnosed and repaired in a timely manner, and a follow-up call from the company the next day was appreciated. I had the Best experience with Aquaris than I have ever had with a company. I had a new HAVAC unit installed in June. The owner, Peter Haslow, came at the beginning of the job and at the end, to ensure everything was done right. His workers we're very professional and left a clean jobsite. A few weeks later, my other ac unit quite working, I called and Mr. Haslow came out the end of the day and replaced a part and it was up and running. A few weeks later, a pipe bust out side. I called and he came out and fixed it late on a Friday afternoon. They are reasonable, trustworthy and dependable and they have a new client for life!
