Henry and Johnny were prompt, arriving earlier than we expected, and were very professional and considerate of my home. They were very pleasant to visit with, went beyond what was expected to make sure the job was done right, and cared about the quality of their work. If you’re looking for someone to add insulation to your home, I’d highly recommend Henry and Johnny!

My entire experience was wonderful! Called on a Sunday and they were at my door in just a few hours. Pedro was very detailed and answered all my questions so I scheduled for next day services. Pedro and his colleague were professional, clean, and detail oriented. He sent before and after pictures and it made me feel so happy that I went with Top Star Air Pros. Definitely recommend!

The crew Pedro and Mike did a great job of cleaning AC ducts. Pedro showed the mold issue in one of the AC box and duct and offered discount on the treatment service. It was well worth it. See the air duct picture before and after cleaning. He was also great in answering all the questions.

Henry and Johnny, were are technicians. Great communications and they did a fantastic job. We had our air ducts cleaned out, and there was some condensation in the attic which they cleaned up and made sure we had a new vent to prevent this problem from happening again in the future. Top-notch guys top-notch company. I will be hiring them again for sure. They gave me before and after pictures of their work. Super nice.. Pricing was comparable to most companies out there.

From my first contact via Yelp messaging to the technicians visit - the service provided by Top Star Air Pros was truly “professional.” I scheduled their complimentary check of my AC units for cleaning.

The technician showed up at the time promised and called 30 min before arrival. The technicians, Pedro and Enrique, arrived with masks, gloves and shoe covers. Pedro explained the process before getting started. They checked out both units and provided honest feedback about the work that needs to be done. If this was someone else, they’d have pushed for getting both out units cleaned - Pedro was honest that everything was pretty clean except for some minor mold! They took care of that quickly and also volunteered to install my air filters (which I had handy).

It’s not everyday that I come across contractors that are honest and not trying to maximize the cost! I can’t recommend these folks enough - next time I need assistance with similar work, they’ll be my first call!

Ben and Pedro arrived on time to give us an estimate for HVAC duct cleaning as well as dryer vent cleaning and UV light installation. They provided pictures of our ducts and provided us with an estimate. They seemed to be very knowledgeable and experienced in the services they provide. The estimate was more than I expected, but I believe you get what you pay for. We scheduled the work to be done the following day. Pedro and Mike arrived on time and performed the job in about 4 hours. They were very thorough, provided us with before and after pictures, and left everything clean. I feel confident that the air we are breathing now is much cleaner than it was before this cleaning and the UV light should keep bacteria from growing in our ducts. Thanks!

Honestly super great experience learning about the AC ducts with Pedro, he was a super well mannered young man. He made everything clear while keeping it super professional. Offered to deep clean the entire system on short notice which was greatly appreciated. He went up there and took PICTURES for us to see how bad our vents were and how he could help. Honestly we haven’t cleaned our ducts in years and Pedro had no problem of making them look spotless. I am speechless by Pedro and his partner! Super thankful they got rid of the mold in our system. He showed us pictures and perfect before and after shots. He out here saving lives! Henry was great! Very thorough, excellent communication and showed up right on time! He took pictures every step of the way and walked me through his findings to resolve our dryer vent issues. I put in the request late the prior night and he arrived the next morning. Total time on site was quick, but without shortcuts. Pricing was fair, so we will continue to use for routine maintenance.

My husband and I was suffering from bad allergies for weeks not , they came over for a free estimate & provided us with the report right after turned out we had mold in our air ducts . The guys were able to book me the soonest available date to get the work done and mold out . They did such an awesome job I would highly recommend top star ! 😊
