Great experience with Pedro and Johnny; they took the time to explain the process in detail and did a great job with the cleaning.

We had our attic cleaned, sanitized, and insulation topped up. Henry and Mike did a great job, addressing areas that needed special attention. Henry inspected the ducts and sealed places where there were holes and gaps. The price was very good and the work was quality. Will definitely use the company for future attic work

These guys are amazing! They are straight to the point and don't beat around the bush. They did their work and educated me throughout the process. Pedro and his team provided great customer service, answering all my questions and being very responsive.

I had a mildew smell in my house every time my ac kicked on. After Top Star cleaned the vents, ducts, and installed UV lighting the smell has disappeared. Their team provides before and after photos.

Pedro and his team did a great job insulating my house. They not only completed the insulation but also air-sealed the home, sanitized the area, and cleaned up all the debris. Pedro answered all of my questions thoroughly, and the pricing was very reasonable. I would highly recommend them.

Highly recommend this company! Had them clear my attic of 50 years worth of dirt, dust and old insulation (3 layers). They then sanitized, re-insulated to R-38 and even installed an attic door cover. They did a great job and took good care of my home and furniture while doing it.

Henry and Johnny did a great job cleaning and repairing our air ducts! Henry was very knowledgeable when he came out for the inspection. He took his time to throughly inspect the property and to explain all of our options to us. We’re going to have them out to work on our chimney soon as well. They were great to work with. I would definitely recommend them!

Jose has been taking care of our A/C needs for a long time. Yesterday he performed our semi annual checkup in his usual professional & and efficient manner. Several months ago he also arranged for and supervised the installation of a replacement A/C unit. We expect to continue to depend on Jose and Hartford for our A/C needs for many years.Thanks Jose.

Hartford is absolutely fantastic. My A/C went out last week, so I looked up a few HVAC companies in the area. After several companies told me that they couldn't get any technicians out in the same day, I called Hartford. They sent someone to my home within an hour and I had my cold air back that day!!!

I've used Hartford Services for my HVAC needs for many years (including installation of new and maintenance of existing, as well as repair). Jose has been my technician of choice for the last several years. He has come out for regular maintenance/checkups as well as for emergency service (always urgent in the heat of the Houston summer). He is incredibly thorough and professional. He always explains the problem and/or solution in layman's terms, which I appreciate. He also takes care to treat my property with respect (he puts on booties when he comes in the house). He is a real gem.

Hartford is my go-to company for all my HVAC services. I recently had the most amazing personalized visit when there seemed to be an unusual problem with a thermostat...or course, when this crazy Texas weather went from hot to cold, to warm, and then back to cold and I found myself with NO HEAT. Not only did I have timely call from a service rep, but I had a follow up visit that was half HVAC work and have DETECTIVE work to find the real problem....with no extra charge. I'll never call anyone besides Hartford and I will ALWAYS stick with my TRANE products and their incredible WARRANTY policy!

I had a great experience with this company. I called them because a friend of mine recommended them. I called to have my tankless water heater brought up to code and I felt like they went above and beyond! They worked efficiently and did a great job on it. They were all very friendly. They arrived on time and cleaned up after their work. Their price for my job was reasonable. I will definitely call them again for my future plumbing needs.

When our a/c went out over the weekend, we called Hartford Services and they immediately sent out a technician. Upon arrival, Manny was courteous and had our a/c working in no time! He was knowledgeable and professional and we will request him for any future services needed.

Hartford Services have looked after my AC system for 8 years and Manny is always the technician I ask for. He always takes the time to explain clearly what is going on and if any work is needed. With a system as important as the AC system you need a technician you can trust and I completely trust Manny.

Jose has been servicing the heating and AC system for my house on regular basis for almost10 years. He is very professional and has a great knowledge and experience in troubleshooting the AC system. He supervised the coil replacement job in one of the hot summer days to make sure the work done well. I highly recommend Hartford Services and Jose for taking good care of your home HVAC system.

Less than a year ago I hired Hartford Services to come and look at some issues I was having with my air conditioning unit. Upon inspection, they talked me into buying a whole new air conditioning unit, costing several thousand dollars, which of course they sold me.

In 7 months, the system was already failing, and I had to bring them out to fix it. Their “fix”
did not even last 3 months, and the same problem continued, meaning I had to bring them out yet again. Because I live alone, I have to miss time at work so that they can come and try to fix their own errors on a unit they convinced me to buy.

When they came out the second time, the repairman asked me for a thermometer because he didn’t bring one, and then informed me that he didn’t have any of the parts needed to fix the problem he had not addressed when he was here 3 months ago! This means I have to take yet another day away from work for their installation of the parts!

They’re incompetent, unprofessional, and you would do well to go with a company that can actually do their job and handle common sense logistics. Hartford Serviced clearly can not.

This experience has cost me time at my job, extra money in electric bills because the unit they sold me and couldn’t repair correctly burns through electricity like crazy, and the discomfort of a needlessly hot house. And they still aren’t done...

Do yourself, your family, and your finances a real favor. Avoid Hartford Services at all cost. They are terrible.

We called Hartford with a very urgent plumbing repair needed. They responded quickly and our valve was fixed within the hour . I will use this company over and over again I highly recommend using their service if you are looking for a reliable and economical plumbing service.
