Most definitely would recommend Hartford Services. We have used them for years, in our previous home and our current home (which we've been in for 9 years)! Their technicians,most notable Manny, are very knowledgeable and explain what they're doing and give recommendations if needed. However, we have never felt pressured into purchasing or making optional repairs. Hartford does a good job of answering emergency calls, and Manny, our 5 star technician, always shows up on time and calls if there is any sort of delay.

First rate service for my AC. I just moved into a new home and I wanted a good check up on our units. The technician was on time, very professional and gave us options on ways to improve our efficiency.

Hartford staff are always very positive in attitude and most cautious and courteous in my home. They do a fine job during the initial visit and always leave my home clean after their repairs. As a female with the responsibility for my property, they represent a reliable resource for plumbing, air conditioning and heating maintenance. Recently, they installed a new heating system, as well as major bathroom fixture replacements. All is well after their extensive work.

Hartford Services came out quickly and actually diagnosed the problem with my AC/Heat unit. The repair charge was fair. It's my first time using Hartford Services. They seem very legitimate. The technician that came out was awesome.

Jamie has always done great work and does not leave until everything is working 100% to our satisfaction and all of our questions have been answered. They truly care about their customers too. Kristen always follows up with a phone call a few days later to make sure everything is working the way we want it to and is ready to have someone come out immediately if there are any issues. She responds to calls after hours and emails are always replied to promptly regardless of the time of day. Great job Hartford Team!

Hartford is THE BEST hearing and air conditioning company out there. The respond quickly, send you a link telling you where your service tech is and notify you when en route. Then when they arrive, they diagnose quickly and keep the customer first in mind. The techs are knowledgeable and solve problems. When it can be fixed, they fix it. When it has to be replaced, they do that at an affordable price then stand behind their work. Simply the best at what they do!

Compro muy seguido en este tienda pero cada vez que vengo tardo mucho tiempo para que me atiendan el día de hoy como muchos otros días solo hay una persona atendiendo y eso hace que se demore la compra ,hoy solo vine a comprar un rollo de cobre y estuve ahí por 54 minutos creo que deberían de tener más personal
