Jimmy and Carlos did an outstanding job in my house. Another plumber had tried twice to fix the problem and had ended up making a big mess. Jimmy and Carlos figured out what the problem was and where it was located and a nice and elegant way to deal with it. I am very happy and impressed!

Hartford Plumbing did an excellent job today replacing my rusted water supply line under my bathroom sink. David and Lawrence knew exactly how to fix the issue and also took care of some other stuck water valves. All the supplies needed for the job were on their truck and they did not have to come back later. They were clean and efficient, not wasting any time getting the job done. I highly recommend them for your plumbing needs.

Want to give a shout-out to Manny at Hartford Services. Manny does an awesome job servicing the heating and A/C equipment in my home. He’s knowledgeable and willing to take the time to answer any questions that I may have. Manny consistently goes above and beyond in providing quality customer service, from prompt keeping of appointment times to providing tips on how to best maintain my A/C and heating units. Kudos to Manny and Hartford Services for delivering the goods!

Hartford Services was amazing. We had a leak in our guest bathroom. We called them and they were here to help. We have used services before but none that were as good as Hartford. I would highly recommend if you need help with your plumbing. They went above and beyond. We will definitely be using them in the future.

We bought the house with a very old furnace that stopped working before December. When the temperature dropped my house was freezing, so I called Hartford and within the same day I had a brand new furnace. The questions I had where addressed politely and with extense knowledge from Mitch ( manager). The installation went smoothly and the crew was amazing. This is a family owned business and I am extremely satisfied with their service.

Our plumber was VERY knowledgeable and respectful. He took time to explain everything that was happening and the fixes he was making. He also gave us pricing as he went to ensure it was within our budget. He arrived on time and was very well spoken. He took care of our home as if it were his! Customer service was top notch. Hartford Services sent Jimmy Garcia to my house late in the afternoon to stop and repair an upstair bathroom water leak. Mr. Garcia was able stop the leak and make the neccessary repairs to the shower head. Also, Mr. Jimmy Garcia came to my house to flush and service the tankless hot water system, plus the changing of the in-line water filter used with the system.
Also, Hartford Services sent Mr. Jose Gonzalez to house service and check the heater system for the upcoming winter season. Mr. Gonzalez changed out the air duct inlet filters for the heating - air conditioning system.
Hartford Services has been taking care all of my A/C, heating, and plumbling needs for the last 24 years. I use Hartford Services because they care about their customers and the professional attitude that all their technicians have on trying to solve any problems that may happen at your house.

Jose was the only technician that could properly assess exactly what was wrong with our AC system. I really appreciate the fact that he took the time to explain everything to me and showed me the issues. The price quote was reasonable and we received a discount for completing all work at the same time. The work was completed sooner than expected and the team was very respectful and wore shoe covers (important detail!) We will be using Hartford for all services moving forward.

I have been extremely pleased with Hartford Services. Jose is my regular technician, and I appreciate Hartford regularly scheduling Jose twice a year for AC/Heat maintenance. Jose said it is all about the customer, teaching them about their unit to avoid problems and conserve energy. Everyone I have had contact with at the company has been very friendly and helpful. Hartford has been my go-to HVAC and plumber for over a decade, and I have been repeatedly impressed. Recently the A/C they had installed several years ago went out. Not only did someone answer the phone on a Sunday morning, but they came out within 24 hours and were really honest and clear about the situation until they got it repaired. They honored the warranty, no problems at all. They do annual maintenance, and the technicians are professional and on-time.

Hartford has done a lot of work for us. We live in a home build in the mid 60's, back when they used cast iron pipes buried under the slab foundation. Twice Hartford has had to dig under the house to fix rusted out pipes. Did an excellent job both times. Of course they have done several lesser jobs for us over the years. They stand behind their work and are pleasant doing so. Once we needed a part for an old bath faucet which was not commonly available. They tracked down a manufacturer who claimed to make them. The part was replcced but soon broke. Hartford worked with the manufacturer to make one that works. Took them several trips to get it right but they did, all under the original warranty. Thet's the kind of people they are.

We have used Hartford Services for years! They have always been the very best! Fast service, honest, professional and friendly. They have a lot of really good technicians, however if I had to pick one it would be Fredy Perdillo!

We've been using Hartford to maintain our AC units for many years now as well as had a full replacement AC installation with them. We actually received a complement from another HVAC company on the quality of Hartford's installation. We've had several different techs over the years, all friendly, neat, courteous, and efficient - Tony has done our last few check-ups and is no exception! We're happy to have a company we have been able to rely on for quality work and a reasonable price.

My tech, Jamie Hart, did an excellent job installing my new Trane furnace. He was punctual and explained what I needed to know. I would definitely refer Jamie and Hartford Services to friends and family.

Great experience all the way around. Tony patiently explained my options for a new a/c unit. When the installation crew arrived I had more questions and again Tony fully answered them. The crew was quick and did an excellent job cleaning the debris (what little there was). Then Tony came back after the crew had finished to make sure everything was done correctly and that the unit was fully charged. What makes Hartford stand out is their communication. You are not given a large appointment window like other companies. I was called to inform me when the crew was on its way. Then called again later to inform me when Tony was 30 minutes away. This made planning my day so much easier as I didn't need to wait around all day for the technician to arrive.

Hartford came highly recommended and they meet all my expectations.
