Called in morning, part was available and picked up part plus additional items needed to add secondary return to existing system. Found this place cheaper than home Depot and customer service was great.

Home owners should not be upset that they cannot buy from the store; they are regulated and can only sale to licensed hvac technicians.

As per service I have to say that Craig's as well as Bill Quinn's customer service have never been less than excellent on every transaction.

Shek and all that guys at Johnstone in Stafford are very helpful. Whenever I need something from Johnstone I always try to come here fist!

Went there today on recommendation of another store. That’s the last time I will ever go there again. With my mask on, I respectfully inquired about insulation to wrap my outdoor ac pipes. The counter man was not helpful and passive aggressively rude. I just wanted pipe wrap! He finished by saying that he would not sell me anything unless I was a licensed contractor. I’ve never felt so unwelcomed in my life. Not cool.

I needed a 440/370v capacitor for my home Goodman a/c because it wasn’t blowing cold air and knew the capacitor went out and they had the part in stock!
