I knew after speaking with Donna, who works in the office and Peter, who works in the field, that I didn't need to look any further for a competent company to install a new AC system in my home. Both are very knowledgeable and experienced and answered all my questions so that I felt confident about my decision. I'm happy with the great job Johnny and his crew did too. If you're looking for a quality product, experienced crew, and an established, reputable company, you found one. I also liked the bid options I was provided and the professional service I received. I have recommended to my son that he should talk to Aquarius whenever he needs a new system too or even just a service call because I'm a very satisfied customer and they earned my trust.

Aquarius replaced our AC coil in the attic with an American Standard new unit. The Installation crew did a great job with all the details involved and everything was finished on time and the cleanup afterwards was perfect. Our Technician, Luis Alvarado made sure that everything was done properly and according to the original quote given to us. There WERE NOT any hidden surprises with extra costs!
We just moved here from Arizona, and it was wonderful to find a reliable, honest company with great products, good service and competitive pricing.

I purchased a HAVC with Aquarius in March and Bernado was excellent to work with. Peter the owner answered all my concerns when my system arrived at my home. The team was diligent and cleaned up after my HAVC was installed. I will continue to use them for other services. The office staff was professional and they made sure I had my warranty and certificates emailed and mailed. Thank you for being honest and dependable.

Awesome!!! Aquarius Home Service is the best!. We were told about them by our former AC guys that unable to help us because old distance. We were told that they were an excellent company, very honest and had fair prices. They certainly did not disappoint us. We got a brand new AC system that we are very happy with. Nancy in the office, Luis , the service technician and the installers were all great! Nancy kept us posted on who was coming when and Luis explained EVERYTHING very well. We are so happy with the final product and we recommend them highly.

Great communication. Honest assessment of my AC issues. Offered several tiers of solutions that allowed me to financially assess the repairs. When I had technical questions they spent a good amount of time on the phone with me patiently explaining benefits and caveats for each solution and recommendation. Sales process was not pushy or urgent.
Based on previous experiences with home service companies I would say this was the most relaxing, informative and professional one yet.
Due to this, I was comfortable enough to confidently choose a complete AC replacement which was installed quickly and professionally.
Again, communication was outstanding and everyone I spoke to and worked with was professional, courteous, polite and easy to deal with.

Very impressed! Aquarius business has been one of the most reliable and responsive companies I have ever used. This summer our AC stopped working (in Houston) and the next morning on my initial service call request, they tweaked their schedule to get our AC up and running. Incredible service and under $150. Secondly, our service technician was professional, extremely courteous and taught us a few prevention steps. I highly recommend using Aquarius if they are in your area.

Aquarius Home Services has maintained my home for many years. I have never been disappointed in their service or their products. They recently replaced an HVAC system in my home. As I expected, it went quite smoothly. The company and their people are a pleasure to work with.

This place is a scam!

I’ve used them last year for the twice a year A/C and furnace 10 point checks. Last year one of the workers said my refrigerant was getting a little low but the refill can still wait a bit. Since it was close to winter, I decided to wait until spring. So this year when I had them check again, I paid for 2 pounds of refrigerant to top up my A/C along with another 10 point check so that I could be prepared for the summer.

But not even one month later, I find out that my entire A/C broke and all refrigerant has been lost! I called Aquarius wondering why my A/C doesn’t work, only for the worker to find the cause in the span of maybe 5 minutes. I ended up having to pay for the filter to be replaced along with all the refrigerant for the entire system! What started as a check up and top up ended up being a complete refill! And this issue was found after their checkup! When I called the manager Donna wanting an explanation, all she told me was that I saved money from a free leak test and was reimbursed $90. I spent a total of $927! Not everyone has close to a thousand dollars to throw around! She also blamed it on my A/C units being old. I know the unit is old so the whole reason for having Aquarius do their checks was to keep things orderly and to trust if I needed any sort of parts and maintenance. If during any of the past 3 checks someone told me “hey, this filter should be replaced” I would have happily paid for it! But instead, I spend money to buy new refrigerant only for it to all evaporate a few weeks later! Might as well just flush the money down a toilet.

The fact that they can “check your system” and then have it completely fail not even a month later makes me question if they’re trying to scam people of their money. If you go with this company, who knows if your air conditioning unit will suddenly “fail” and Aquarius will be there to “save the day”… for a nice price

Aquarius is quick to answer the phone, get us on the schedule and make the necessary repairs. We use the annual service agreement to have our unit checked which also provides for certain discounts if certain parts fail in between checks. The service techs are knowledgeable and very friendly!

The crews at Aquarius are exceptionally skilled professionals. They replaced the complete attic unit of my ac/furnace air handler. They were very careful to protect the floor under the attic door. Came and completed the job and got my house warm. The Haslow’s are great supporters of our community and provide exceptional services to their neighbors. Very happy I called them. You should too.

No hesitations recommending Aquarius for all AC and Plumbing needs. Replaced entire AC system recently, house is chilled like never before. Recommend including the APCO-X Fresh Air UV air treatment system for fresh clean air, well worth cost.

Another Great experience with Aquarius and Bernardo. He was able to zero in on the issue from my limited explanation of “it’s keeps turning on but not cooling down.” He explained what he planned to fix first and what he would consider next if that didn’t not correct the issue. Luckily it worked and he was out in an hour. I am so thankful to have found a place I can trust and actually count on

This review is long overdue, but I owe it to the great people of Aquarius to leave one.
My brother-in-law was getting married, and we had guest staying with us for the wedding. At 4 pm while getting ready, the AC cut out, and it got warm quick. I hit up Aquarius on my way to the wedding, and Donna made a miracle happen. By the time we got home that night, the house was cold, and the AC was on.
They put something in place to get it working, and the next day they came back for the full repair.

Aquarius has been servicing all our needs for years now, but we recently had a leak in our 40 year old ductwork. They came in and in one day replaced the ductwork in about 80% of the house and went absolutely above and beyond. The whole team, but specifically Justin and Dominic have been fantastic in all the visits we’ve had throughout this process. I’d recommend Aquarius to anyone needing work done on their HVAC system.

I was recommended to try Aquarius by family whom had a complete ac system installed. I’m in Katy and they had no problem stretching their service window a bit. After speaking with Donna, I told her what my problem was because I have a refrigerant sniffer and fell victim to the Lennox coil corrosion leak. So she said just send a few pics and Peter will reach out. After a quick conversation with Peter, he sent me the option quotes. Not only was he extremely knowledgeable and helpful, he didn’t try to sell me anything I didn’t need. I also priced out another quote for the same thing and it was way more expensive. Their payment options and great and very easy to use. I will for sure use and recommend Peter and Donna at Aquarius. They go above and beyond.

I had an American Standard HVAC installed this week. Justin,and installation did a good job. I haven't bought a new unit in years. They aren't cheap,but I thought Aquarius were priced fair. I shopped around with different companies. Most were farely close in price. I chose Aquarius because I think they had the best equipment and service I was looking for.We have been well please! You can shop around,and probably find a cheaper price,but you need to make sure you are getting the best quality unit for your money.

I have been a satisfied customer for both plumbing and heating/cooling needs for more than 20 years. Yesterday they installed a new American Standard a/c and furnace. I especially want to praise their well organized hard working and highly skilled team of new equipment installers. They are motivated to do an excellent job. That rare quality, problem solving ability, was shown when they quickly found a solution to an unexpected obstacle. The work area was left clean. What could have been a stressful experience for me was instead a good one.

Can’t say good enough things about Aquarius. Justin has really treated me like family with the service and maintenance tips, and the professionalism is top notch, the expertise is top notch. Can’t really ask for more. These kind of business are becoming more and more rare as business become large corporations and profit driven, Aquarius still has its soul completely in tact. I will never go with anyone else for all my HVAC needs

Our furnace died the Monday before the big freeze. Aquarius was out the same day checking out the unit and sharing the solution to fix it.
We thought hard about fixing the 23 year old unit but decided another bandaid fix to get by for who knows how long may not be worth it.
Justin walked us through all the options without any pressure. He sent quotes for each scenario we requested and were patient while we thought out this big expense. We ended up getting a new unit. Everything went smoothly. We worked out some additional solutions for specific rooms that needed extra ventilation. We will be ready for summer and the rest of the winter. I’m pleased to have found this honest and fair company I could trust to fix my unit and eventually replace it when I decided it was time.
