Constraction reviews in Sugar Land, Texas

They met with my insurance adjuster and together they went over my roof damages and noted all the necessary repairs. When I was ready, they replaced my roof in a day and diligently cleaned up the mess from my yard and pool. I also used them to replace some fencing at a reasonable price. Everyone was friendly and courteous and nice to work with.

We had hail damage to our house in Del Rio. We had several contactors over to get quotes because we didn't know how the process worked. After meeting several roofers I can say Gilbert is the best out there. He's honest, thorough, and patient. We're military and had to be ready to sell our home 2-weeks after the storm, and he worked to get our roof done within that timeline. We had a new roof placed in 2017 and turns out they just layed their felt over the existing felt. They made sure everything was done correctly and were a great company to work with! Couldn't recommend them enough.

Miguel helped us get a new roof installed on our house in Katy. We interviewed 3 other roofers before selecting Miguel. They handled everything with the insurance and made it a seamless transaction for us. The new roof has been great! I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a roof.

All the information about the roof repair and insurance were laid out in simple understandable terms. I was always able to contact David and he would respond in a quick and timely manner. The date was set, the workers came and finished on the time frame agreed upon. My guttering was replaced immediately after the roof was done. David has stopped by to check on us after the work was done. Thanks Platinum and David. I hope not to use them again....hail damage.....but if I need a roofing company, they are my choice.

I was selling my home and needed my roof replaced and contacted David for a bid. He got back to me in no time and at a very reasonable price. When it was time to do the job he worked with my insurance company and had his guys out the next morning. They got the job done quickly and the roof looked amazing. I’ll be contacting him to replace the roof on my new home as well. These guys have my business and I’ll refer them to anyone looking for roof repair.

Platinum Construction went to bat for me with my insurance company to get my roof replaced, as well as repair some interior damage to my home. Miguel was very diligent, professional, and communicative during the entire process. They got the job done in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend!

Platinum Construction Solutions did a beautiful repair and remodel on my home in Sienna Plantation. We were struck by a Tornado during Harvey and sustained roof damage and damage from the rain. The morning after Miguel and Gilbert came to my rescue when the company I hired to tarp our roof didn't show. Their kindness during that time really showed what these men are made of--integrity, honesty, and hardworking are just a few words to describe their character and attitude towards work. Miguel was very helpful with navigating the insurance maze, and has a willingness to go beyond what is required to assure my satisfaction with his work. I can offer my highest recommendation for Platinum Construction. My home is beautiful and feels like home again! Thank you Platinum!

Lack of professionalism and quality.

Great Business professionals at every level

Beautiful architectural design. Any business looking to rent space in this building will be "wow'd". Absolutely stunning. Great team of Contractors.

This was the second time I used Cost Plus Construction. They always exceed my expectations. I will definitely use them again.

Cost Plus Construction was hired to do exterior work on our house. They completed the exterior work, which included painting, some siding work, etc. The exterior of the house looks absolutely amazing. The price was fair considering the exterior project done. We are now hiring them to do interior work. I would absolutely recommend Cost Plus Construction to anyone looking for home renovations.

Swift response with very competitive pricing.. highly recommend..

We have been dealing with Brant and his team for many years. Always great working with them on their projects.

I cannot recommend Cost Plus Construction enough. They are very reasonable and finished on time. I will be using them in the future.

I've known the workers, staff for quite awhile, I have seen there work on multiple occasions, their work integrity is second to none. Honest good people, would recommend for any kind of job.

I have used Cost Plus several times and each project and remodeling where exactly what I specified. Very professional and always clean up was through.
Also, they stayed in my budget . I definitely will use them again.

This was our first time working with CPC and they have surpassed all expectations. We very much appreciate the entire CPC team on helping us with our reconstruction project, with a special appreciation for German and Elijah, whom guided us through every phase with honesty, diligence, and transparency. Qualities that are often hard to find, but were thankfully embodied by CPC. Will definitely recommend them to anyone that is looking for a great and honest general contractor. Thank you, CPC team!

We recently had water damage from a burst pipe during the Freeze in one of our rental houses. The ceiling of a room was water damaged and needed sheetrock repairs and painting. The process to request a quote was online, quick and easy. Cost Plus were responsive and offered to work with the renter on a suitable time to visit. The work was completed within days, the amount was reasonable and payment could be made easily online. I would definitely recommend.
